I have exercised considerable patience with them; however, they are now refusing to pay rent and are disregarding all my communications. I make this request for prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation concerning your mother’s property and the tenants who are causing distress. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and order, and we ask that You intervene in this matter according to Your will. The Bible tells us in Romans 13:7, "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor." These tenants have failed in their obligation to pay what is rightfully owed, and their refusal to cooperate only compounds the injustice.
Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment for this family as they navigate this difficult situation. Proverbs 2:6-8 reminds us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We ask that You guide their steps as they seek a resolution, whether through legal means or otherwise, and that You soften the hearts of these tenants to do what is right.
We also rebuke the spirit of rebellion and dishonesty that seems to be at work in this situation.
