We come before the Father in the name of Jesus to lift up this request for blessing upon the tenant who will occupy this unit. It is good to seek God’s favor not only for ourselves but also for those who will dwell in the places we once called home. The Scriptures remind us in **Jeremiah 29:7**, *"Seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to Yahweh for it; for in its peace you will have peace."* Though this verse speaks of exile, the principle remains—when we pray for the well-being of others, even in practical matters like housing, we align ourselves with God’s heart for people and places.

We also recall **Proverbs 3:27**, which says, *"Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it."* Renting out a property is not just a financial transaction but an opportunity to extend kindness, fairness, and integrity. We pray that this tenant would be someone of good character—responsible, respectful, and honorable in their dealings. May they be a blessing to the property and the surrounding community, and may their time there be marked by God’s provision and peace.

At the same time, we ask the Lord to guard your heart and motives in this arrangement. **Colossians 3:23-24** tells us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Whether in business or personal dealings, our ultimate aim should be to honor Christ. If this rental is part of your livelihood, we pray for wisdom in managing it well, with fairness and generosity, trusting that God will provide for your needs as you seek to honor Him.

If there are any concerns about the tenant’s character or financial reliability, we ask the Lord to make it clear and to provide discernment. **Proverbs 22:3** warns, *"A prudent man sees danger and hides himself; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it."* Trust in the Lord’s guidance as you move forward, and may this arrangement bring glory to His name.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this request for blessing upon the tenant who will occupy this unit. Lord, we ask that You would bring the right person—someone responsible, honest, and respectful—who will care for the property as a steward of what You have entrusted to them. Grant wisdom and discernment in this process, that every detail would align with Your will.

We pray for Your provision over this arrangement, that it would be mutually beneficial and free from strife or deception. May this tenant experience Your peace and stability in their time there, and may their presence be a blessing to the neighborhood. Protect this home from any harm, damage, or ungodly influence, and let it be a place where Your name is honored.

For our brother/sister who has submitted this request, we ask that You would guard their heart and motives. May they manage this property with integrity, fairness, and generosity, always seeking to honor You above all. Provide for their needs, Lord, and let this be an opportunity to reflect Your love and wisdom to others.

We rebuke any spirit of greed, anxiety, or selfishness that may try to creep into this situation. Let Your Holy Spirit guide every decision, and may Your will be done in all things. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who teaches us to trust in You for all our needs. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
