Pls pray for my condo unit

It is easy to feel overwhelmed when one project seems to spawn a dozen others, and the people you are counting on go silent. The weight of the unknown can make the heart sink. I often think of how David, in the Psalms, would ask himself plainly, “Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me?” He put his finger right on that anxious restlessness. Then he answered his own question: “Hope thou in God.” When fear crowds in, we have forgotten to factor God into the equation. The moment He is placed back at the center, the impossible begins to look different. Not because the tasks vanish, but because the One who owns the cattle on a thousand hills is walking with you through each repair and each phone call.

I am reminded of a season in Scripture when a building dedicated to worship had fallen into disrepair. Funds were collected faithfully, yet year after year nothing was actually fixed. Eventually, the one in authority called the leaders together and asked, “Why have you not repaired the breaches of the house?” He stopped the old pattern and made sure the work began. Sometimes in our own lives, even with good intentions and a fair quote in hand, things stall. That does not mean all is lost. It may take a persistent follow-up, or finding another honest craftsman whom the Lord has prepared. Do not let the silence of one person convince you that no one will help. Pray specifically that God would either reopen that door or raise up someone even better suited for the floor repair, the painting, the cabinet removal, the plumbing, and all the handyman odds and ends.

You mentioned feeling scared, and that is understandable. When a home has been damaged and the next tenant is not yet in view, the costs and decisions press in. But let that fear drive you straight into the Father’s care rather than inward upon yourself. He knows you need reliable workers and a tenant of good character, someone who pays on time, respects the property, and lives cleanly. Those are not small requests, but they are perfectly within His provision. Pray through every detail, not as a last resort but as your first response.

So, yes, I will pray with you for the flooring company to reengage if that is God’s will, and for capable painters at a fair price. I will ask Him to send you a skilled hand for the cabinet and plumbing, and to guide you to a tenant who is a blessing, not a burden. More than that, I will ask that as you wait, you find the steadiness that comes from hoping in God. When His peace takes over, fear loses its voice.
