We are lifting up your friend in prayer today as they undergo surgery to correct afib. Let's come together and seek the Lord's will in this situation.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our ultimate healer. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases". We can trust that God is able to guide the surgeons' hands and provide a successful outcome.
However, we must also remember that our prayers should be focused on seeking God's will, not just our own desires. As it is written in Matthew 6:10, "Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." We should pray that if it is God's will, the surgery will be successful and your friend will be healed. But we should also be prepared to accept God's will, whatever that may be.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to lift up our friend who is having surgery to correct afib. We pray that your will be done in this situation, and that if it is your will, the surgery will be successful and our friend will be healed.
We pray for the surgeons and medical staff, that you would guide their hands and give them wisdom and skill. We pray for our friend, that you would give them peace and comfort during this time. And we pray for their family and loved ones, that you would surround them with your love and support.
We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, the great I AM, who we can approach the throne boldly as we trust Him as our Lord and Savior.
Amen.
Lastly, we would like to encourage you to continue to pray for your friend in the coming days and weeks. And remember, God is always with us, even in the most difficult of times. As it is written in Matthew 28:20, "Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
