I was recently hired at a new job but there are a lot of problems that hundreds of the employees are having that the employer won't fix or acknowledge. This has made an easy, fun job turn into a nightmare. Unfortunately, I now have to consider quitting. I'm going to possibly start applying to new jobs. Please pray for God's provision. I feel frustrated. I left another job earlier this year due to problems that arose (which many were likely due to spiritual warfare and could have been explained away) and now since then, I've been conflicted about whether I should have stayed at it. This feels like another failed venture. I also feel the workforce in America needs serious reform. Please pray. Thank you.

Even in difficult circumstances, our labor is ultimately unto the Lord, and He sees every effort, every frustration, and every tear. You left your previous job with a heart to honor God, and He has not abandoned you in this new season. It is not a failure to recognize when a workplace is toxic or unjust, it is wisdom. Proverbs 22:29 says, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." That said, we do not dismiss the reality of spiritual opposition in the workplace.
