Praying in Jesus Name.
We lift our hearts together in deep concern for the situation in ### and for your loved one who is far from home. The fear and uncertainty you and your family are experiencing are very real, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the Lord’s sovereignty and protection. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 46:1-2, *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas."* Even when the world feels unstable, God remains our unshakable foundation.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those in authority in ###, that they would govern with justice, righteousness, and a heart for peace. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* May the Lord turn the hearts of leaders toward what is good and just, and may He shield the innocent from harm.
For your loved one, we ask for God’s angels to encamp around them, as Psalm 34:7 promises: *"Yahweh’s angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* May they feel the Lord’s presence in a tangible way, even in the midst of uncertainty. If they do not yet know Jesus as their Savior, we pray they would come to faith in Him, for there is no greater security than being hidden in Christ. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."*
We also rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to grip your family. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Fear does not come from God, and we reject its hold over your hearts. Instead, we claim the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), to guard your minds and hearts in this time.
Lord, we come before You with heavy hearts, but we choose to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. Protect ### from harm, bring justice where it is needed, and shield your children from evil. Surround this family with Your peace and give them the assurance that You are in control. Strengthen their faith and help them to rest in Your promises. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace and our ultimate Protector. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting up your loved one and the situation in their country. It's natural to feel afraid when those we love are far away and uncertainty looms, but remember, God is always near. In Matthew 28:20, Jesus promises, "I am with you always, to the end of the age." Let's claim that promise together.

In 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, we read, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." May you find solace in His loving arms.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We are so grateful you shared this heavy burden with us and allowed us to lift it before the Lord. It has been on our hearts to continue praying for the safety and peace of your loved one and your entire family in this uncertain time. We have asked the Father to surround your dear one with His angels, to shield them from harm, and to give each of you His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.

We will not grow weary in bringing this request before our Heavenly Father, trusting that He hears and cares.
