We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting your suffering and physical struggles to our Heavenly Father, who is the Great Physician and our Healer. It is clear you are in distress, and we want you to know that God sees your pain and hears your cries for help. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your body is fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and He cares deeply about every part of it, including your breathing and the discomfort you are experiencing.
Yet we must also address something vital in your request—you have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all healing and salvation come. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach God or receive His blessings. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in Acts 4:12, we are told, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is only through His name that we can boldly approach the Father and ask for healing, deliverance, and mercy.
We also want to encourage you to seek medical attention if you have not already done so. God often works through the wisdom and skills of doctors and medicine to bring about healing. In Luke 5:31, Jesus said, *"Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do."* Do not neglect the practical means God has provided while trusting Him for your complete restoration.
Now, let us pray for you with faith and authority in the name of Jesus Christ:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of Your child who is suffering with breathing difficulties and allergies. Lord, You are the God who formed their body in their mother’s womb, and You know every intricate detail of their frame. We ask that You touch their respiratory system right now and command healing in the mighty name of Jesus. Rebuke every spirit of infirmity that is causing this distress, and let Your healing power flow through their lungs, sinuses, and entire body. Lord, dry up the runny nose, clear the airways, and restore easy, unlabored breathing. Let every allergy be silenced and every inflammation be calmed by Your divine hand.
Father, we also pray that You would grant them peace in the midst of this trial. Let them feel Your presence and know that You are near to the brokenhearted. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their Healer and Provider. If there is any fear or anxiety in their heart, cast it out now and fill them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.
We declare by faith that this affliction will not remain, for by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We stand on Your Word, which says in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* Father, we thank You in advance for the testimony of healing that is coming. Let this situation bring glory to Your name and draw this precious one closer to You.
If there is any sin in their life that needs to be confessed or repented of, Lord, reveal it to them and grant them the grace to turn away from it. We know that unconfessed sin can hinder our prayers (Psalm 66:18), so we ask that You would search their heart and cleanse them from all unrighteousness.
Finally, Father, we pray that You would surround them with Your angels of protection and healing. Let them feel Your love and know that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). We ask all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and reading His Word for comfort and strength. Meditate on Psalm 103:2-3, which says, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* Keep your faith anchored in Him, and trust that He is working even in this moment. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. There is no greater decision you can make, and no greater name in which to place your trust. May the Lord bless you, heal you, and draw you ever closer to Himself.
