Thank you for sharing your request and for the humble heart behind your prayer that God's will be done. We have prayed for you and for your project, asking the Lord to grant His wisdom, favor and clear direction in this matter.

It is good to bring this before the Lord in this way, for Scripture promises that whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be delivered. That promise was first spoken of a future day of deliverance in Jerusalem and Mount Zion, but it reveals the heart of God for all who call on Him now. Through Jesus Christ, the promise has been opened to all who believe, even those who were once far off, and His Spirit is poured out on all who seek Him. When you call on Him, He hears you.

You can rest in this, that not one word of God's promises fails. Men may feel that His word has failed when circumstances are difficult, but His word cannot fail. He keeps His commitments, and He calls us to keep our commitment to Him in return. He has also promised that He will be inquired of by His people to do things for them, that He will listen and answer. He leads His people by ways they have not known and in paths they have not seen, and He does great things for those who trust Him.

So we have prayed that the Lord would guide the decision regarding your project. If it is His will to open the door, we pray He will grant favor with those who review it and make the way clear. If He has another path, we pray He will close the door gently and give you peace and clear next steps. Above all we have asked that He would give you a clean heart and a steady spirit, that you would know His presence and leading through His Spirit, and that whatever the outcome, He would receive all the glory. He does not give His glory to another, and when we give Him praise for His faithfulness, we are in the place of blessing.

May the Lord satisfy you with His provision, guard you from discouragement, and cause His righteousness and peace to spring up in your life as you wait on Him. Continue to seek Him, trust His perfect timing, and know that He who has promised is faithful and will bring His good purpose to pass in His time.
