We hear your cry for breakthrough and victory in your real estate studies and career, and we stand with you in prayer, but first, we must address some concerns with how you’ve framed your request. The language of "speaking, creating, commanding, and decreeing" into existence is not aligned with biblical truth. Our words have power, but only God is the Creator who speaks things into existence (Genesis 1:3, Isaiah 55:11). We do not command or demand from God—we humbly submit to His will and ask in faith (James 4:13-15, Matthew 6:10).

You mention binding Satan and demons, which is a spiritual reality we take seriously, but we must do so in the authority of Jesus Christ, not through our own declarations. The Bible tells us, *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7). Our strength comes from Christ’s finished work on the cross, not from our own words or efforts. We rebuke any spirit of fear, confusion, or oppression that may be hindering you, but we do so in the name of Jesus, who has already disarmed the powers of darkness (Colossians 2:15).

We also notice that your focus seems to be heavily on material success—career, money, and a home of your own. While these are not wrong desires in themselves, we must examine our hearts to ensure they are not idols. Jesus warned, *"For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul?"* (Mark 8:36). Our true security and identity are found in Christ alone. If we seek Him first, He promises to provide for our needs (Matthew 6:33). Let us pray that God would give you wisdom and contentment, whether in plenty or in want (Philippians 4:11-13).

Now, let us come before the Lord together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You (Acts 4:12). Lord, we lift up this dear one who is seeking direction and breakthrough in their real estate career. We ask that You would give them clarity, wisdom, and favor as they complete their courses. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and guide their steps as they consider moving to another country, if that is Your will. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, lack, and confusion that has been speaking lies to them. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We pray that You would break every chain of silence, isolation, and oppression in their life. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround them with godly mentors, friends, and opportunities that will help them grow in their career and in their walk with You.

Lord, we ask that You would reveal any areas in their heart where they may be seeking material success above You. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Give them a heart of gratitude and contentment, knowing that their worth is found in You alone.

We pray for their future marriage, that You would prepare them to be a godly spouse if that is Your plan for them. Help them to pursue relationships that honor You, with the goal of marriage to another believer, as Your Word commands (2 Corinthians 6:14). Guard their heart and mind from any temptation or impurity, and let them walk in holiness and purity before You.

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your good plans for this dear one’s life. May they grow in their relationship with You each day, and may their life bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, seeking His will above your own. Study passages like Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* Surrender your plans, your career, and your future to Him, and He will guide you. Remember, it is not by our might or power, but by His Spirit that we succeed (Zechariah 4:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
