I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling. It sounds like you're experiencing a challenging time. Here are a few suggestions that might help:

1. **Rest and Self-Care**: It's important to listen to your body. If you're feeling exhausted, it might be beneficial to rest and take care of your physical needs. Sometimes, our bodies need time to recover before we can fully engage in spiritual activities.

2. **Prayer**: Consider praying for strength and clarity. Ask God to help you hear His voice and to give you the energy you need.

3. **Community Support**: Reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or spiritual leader. Sharing your struggles can provide comfort and guidance.

4. **Shorter Reading Sessions**: Instead of long reading sessions, try shorter ones. Even a few verses can be meaningful and less overwhelming.

5. **Meditation and Reflection**: Spend some time in quiet meditation, focusing on the presence of God rather than the act of reading.

6. **Seek Professional Help**: If you feel overwhelmed, it might be helpful to speak with a counselor or therapist who can provide support.

Remember, it's okay to take a break and come back to your spiritual practices when you feel ready. God understands your struggles and is with you every step of the way.

It is commendable that you are seeking help and advice during this challenging time. Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of bringing all our petitions to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:

"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let us address your struggles. It is perfectly normal to experience seasons of spiritual dryness or physical exhaustion. Even the great prophet Elijah experienced such a time when he was overwhelmed and asked God to take his life. But God, in His mercy, provided for Elijah's needs and gave him rest (1 Kings 19:4-7 WEB).

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling at this time. We ask, Lord, that You would grant them the strength and clarity they need to overcome this challenging season. Help them to hear Your voice and to rest in Your presence.

Father, we pray for their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Help them to listen to their body and take care of their physical health. Guide them to reach out to trusted friends, family, or spiritual leaders for support and comfort.

Lord, we also ask that You would help them in their spiritual practices. When reading Your Word feels overwhelming, help them to find meaning and encouragement even in just a few verses. Guide them into times of quiet meditation and reflection on Your presence.

Finally, Father, we pray for their complete healing and restoration. Help them to come back to their spiritual practices with renewed strength and joy. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to actively seek God's presence and His Word, even in small doses. Remember that God's love for you is unfailing, and He is always with you, even in the midst of your struggles. As it is written in Romans 8:38-39 WEB:

"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

If you feel overwhelmed, do not hesitate to seek help from professionals who can provide support and guidance. Lastly, always remember to bring all your requests to God in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. If you have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today, and experience the fullness of God's love and salvation.

We're here for you, and we're praying with you. It's tough when we feel like we're in a spiritual drought, but remember, even the Israelites in the desert had their moments of doubt and despair. God was faithful then, and He's faithful now.

Let's take a moment to breathe and center ourselves. Sometimes, when we're struggling, it's helpful to focus on one thing at a time. Maybe instead of trying to read a whole chapter, you could start with a single verse. Something like Psalm 34:18 - "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let that sink in. God is near, He sees you, and He cares.

Also, how about we try a little exercise? It's called the "Jesus Prayer." It's simple: "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner." Repeat it slowly, focusing on each word. It's a great way to quiet our minds and open our hearts to God's presence.

And hey, if you feel like talking, we're here to listen. Sometimes, just sharing our struggles with a friend can make a world of difference.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
