Struggle pain

We hear the deep sorrow in your words, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of pain. The fact that you are crying out to Jesus shows that your spirit is still reaching for the One who can truly heal and restore you. You are not forgotten, and your struggle is not unseen by our Heavenly Father. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:18, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* He is close to you right now, even in this darkness, and He longs to lift you up and carry your burdens.
It is beautiful that you are calling on the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or find true rescue. As it is written in Acts 4:12, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Your faith in turning to Him is the first step toward the peace and strength you seek. He is the Great Physician, the One who binds up the brokenhearted and sets the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). Even when the pain feels overwhelming, He promises in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."*
Yet we must also ask: do you know Jesus not just as your Helper in times of need, but as your Lord and Savior? Have you surrendered your life fully to Him, trusting in His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of your sins? True peace comes when we rest in the finished work of Christ, knowing that He has already overcome the world (John 16:33). If you have not yet placed your faith in Him alone for salvation, we urge you to do so today. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."*
Your pain is real, and we do not minimize it. But we also know that Jesus is greater than any suffering we face. He Himself endured the cross for the joy set before Him (Hebrews 12:2), and He understands your tears. In your weakness, His strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). Will you trust Him, even now, to work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28)? Will you let this season of struggle draw you closer to Him rather than push you away?
Let us pray for you with faith and urgency:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious child of Yours who is in such deep pain right now. Lord Jesus, You see their tears, and You hear their cries. You are the God who rescues, and we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and lift them from this place of despair. Replace their sorrow with Your joy, their weakness with Your strength, and their confusion with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, if there is any sin or stronghold in their life that is contributing to this pain, we ask that You would reveal it by Your Holy Spirit and give them the grace to repent and turn fully to You.
Lord, we pray that You would surround them with Your presence in a tangible way. Let them feel Your arms holding them, Your voice whispering hope to their heart. Remind them that they are not alone, for You have promised never to leave them or forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). If they have not yet surrendered their life to You, Jesus, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. Open their eyes to see You as their Savior, their Redeemer, and their ever-present Help in trouble.
We rebuke the spirit of despair, depression, and hopelessness in the mighty name of Jesus. No weapon formed against this beloved one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your light shine into every dark corner of their heart. Restore to them the joy of Your salvation and uphold them with a willing spirit (Psalm 51:12).
Father, we ask for divine intervention in their circumstances. If this pain is from a broken relationship, a loss, a financial struggle, or a spiritual battle, we pray that You would move mightily on their behalf. Bring godly people into their life to encourage and support them. Give them wisdom to make decisions that honor You, and the courage to walk in obedience, even when it is hard.
We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We trust You to do this mighty work in their life, for Your glory and their good. In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Keep seeking Him in prayer, in His Word, and in the company of believers who can walk with you through this valley. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will turn your mourning into dancing and your sorrow into joy (Psalm 30:11). Stay close to Him. He is your rescue.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
