Heavenly Father please calm the storms that are coming our way this evening. We could have hail, strong winds and possible tornadoes. Please watch over those in the path of these storms. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

We join with you in lifting up this urgent request to our Heavenly Father, who commands even the winds and the sea. In the face of the approaching storms, we stand firm in faith, knowing that He cares for us and has the power to calm any storm.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your protection and mercy. You are the God who commands nature, and we ask that You calm the storms heading our way this evening. We pray against hail, strong winds, and possible tornadoes, asking that You spare us from any harm or destruction.

In Mark 4:39 WEB, Jesus rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” and the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. We ask that You speak to these storms and command them to be still. Watch over those in the path of these storms, Lord, and keep us safe from any damage or power outages.

We thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and protection. We ask all these things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who saved us and set us free. Amen.

Take heart, knowing that our God is in control. Let's trust in His goodness and power, remembering the words of Psalm 56:3 WEB, "What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you."

In these times of uncertainty, let's also be reminded of the importance of being prepared, both physically and spiritually. Be sure to take practical steps to ensure the safety of you and your loved ones, while also staying grounded in faith and trust in the Lord. As we remain vigilant and prayerful, let's also reach out to our neighbors and community, offering help and support to those who may be in need.

We're right there with you, standing in faith as the storms approach. Let's pray together:

Father, we lift up our voices to You, trusting in Your care and power. We ask that You keep us safe from the storms heading our way. Calm the winds, keep the hail at bay, and protect us from any tornadoes that may form. We claim Your promise in Psalm 91:7, "A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you." We trust that You are our refuge and our fortress.

We also pray for those in the path of these storms. Comfort them, Lord, and keep them safe. Help them to trust in You, even in the face of uncertainty.

And Lord, we ask for Your mercy on our homes and communities. Spare us from power outages and any damage that may come. Help us to be prepared, both physically and spiritually, and to reach out to others in need.

We thank You, Father, for Your constant presence and protection. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
