Stress pain in wrist and mental health

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up our brothers and sisters who are enduring physical pain in their wrists and struggling with mental health burdens. Father God, we know that You see every ache, every worry, and every tear. You tell us in Your Word, *"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7). We declare that this pain and stress are not too heavy for You to carry—You are our Healer, our Comforter, and our Peace.
Lord, we ask for Your divine touch upon their wrists. Ease the inflammation, restore strength, and bring relief from discomfort. We trust in Your promise: *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3). Let them feel Your presence in the midst of their suffering, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted.
For their mental health, Father, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety, depression, and fear in the mighty name of Jesus. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for clarity, peace, and renewed strength in their minds. Surround them with Your love and remind them that they are never alone.
We also encourage them to seek godly counsel, rest in Your presence, and meditate on Your Word. If there are unconfessed sins or areas of their lives not surrendered to You, we pray they would lay them at the foot of the cross. Jesus, You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life—no one comes to the Father except through You (John 14:6). We pray all these things in Your holy and precious name, believing that You are faithful to answer. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
