Your request for a peaceful and accurate work week under pressure is heard and I am joining you in agreement in prayer for you.
Scripture speaks of a perfect peace that God keeps over the one whose mind remains fixed on Him, because that person trusts in Him. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, not as the world gives. The world cannot understand this peace. It is not dependent on whether circumstances are calm or how many calls come in. It is the peace of God guarding the heart and mind in Christ.
In order to know that peace of God, we must first have peace with God, and that peace was made through the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross. There, mercy and truth met together, and righteousness and peace embraced. When we receive His grace and forgiveness, the war with God ends and the inner war within us can end as well. Grace always comes before peace, and once we rest in His grace rather than striving in our own effort to be acceptable, His peace can truly keep us.
God desires peace for His people and has ordained peace for those who walk with Him. His thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace, to give you hope and an expected end, and He invites you to call upon Him and promises to listen. When very small things or very large pressures feel overwhelming, the way to that steady peace is to keep your mind stayed on Him and to place the burden in His hands, trusting that there is nothing you will face that He cannot handle.
I am praying that the Lord will lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace in the midst of this demanding season. May He guard your heart and mind with that peace that passes all understanding, keep you steadfast as you keep your focus on Him, and grant you calm, clarity and accuracy in your work. I join you in asking that He would provide for what is needed at your call center, that the volume would remain manageable, that you and your coworkers would be able to serve well without being overwhelmed, and that His peace would rule in your heart and be reflected in the way you speak and work with others. For those who sow peace, there is a harvest of righteousness, and blessed are the peacemakers.
May you experience not only a lighter workload, but the deeper and more lasting gift of His presence keeping you in complete peace as you trust Him. In Jesus name, amen.
