Lord in Jesus name give me strength. I don't feel well. Haven't been exercising at all just not there. Not sleeping well. I feel weak and not myself for the past weeks and now. I have ### people to train today. Among my other duties. Heal me give me strength. Lord let bounce me back. I feel lifeless. I don't want to use such a term but that's the only way to describe it.
