🙇🏻 Prayer for Strength to Endure Coming Storms Lk 21:36, Fruitfully Abiding in Him Jn 15:7-8, Prepared for Birth Pangs Mt 24:8 of New Creation Heb 12:2, See to It No One Deceives Us, Mt 24:4, 📖 “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away. Luke 21:33. "For all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs, Mt 24:8.

Matt 24:8-14, "And Jesus answered and said to them, 'See to it that no one misleads you. For many will come in My name, saying, "I am the Christ," and will mislead many. You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes. But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs. Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name. At that time many will fall away and will betray one another and hate one another. Many false prophets will arise and will mislead many. Because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved. And this Gospel of The Kingdom shall be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all the people groups, and then the end shall come," Mt 24:8-14.

Luke 21:34-36, “So be on guard, so that your hearts will not be weighted down with dissipation and drunkenness and the worries of life, and that day will not come on you suddenly like a trap; for it will come upon all those who dwell on the face of all the earth. But keep on the alert at all times, 🙏 praying that you may have STRENGTH to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

🙇🏻 Father, thank You for telling us these things through Your Son before they take place, so that while they are occurring, we may be believing, John 14:29. We know that everything that can be shaken will be shaken -- heaven, earth, sea, dry land and all nations, Hag 4:6-7 -- so that the things which cannot be shaken will remain, Heb 12:27, Therefore, since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us be filled with gratitude, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for You are a consuming fire, Heb 12:28. As things shift in our personal lives and on a global scale, we ask for daily bread, Matt 6:11, for connection to Jesus, John 15:1-5, our Beloved, who is like a bundle of myrrh through the night who warms our hearts, Song 1:13, and for strength to ensure not only these trials with joy, Matt 5:12, James 1:2-3, but persecutions, famines, perils, wars and rumors of wars, even earthquakes in various places, storms of life and real storms on earth, knowing that no created thing can keep us from the uncreated love of God in Christ Jesus Our Lord, Rom 8:35, for Jesus is risen and ascended and at Your Right Hand of Power, making intercession for us, Rom 8:34, praying our faith will not fail, that we stay connected to Him (and therefore to all the other branches that are connected to The Vine, John 15:1-5, and once we turn to You, not only is the veil is taken away, 2 Cor 3:16, so that with unveiled face we may be transformed from glory to glory, from the work of The Lord The Holy Spirit, 2 Cor 3:18, so that we may from that position of refreshing by abiding in Your presence, Acts 3:19, bear fruit, John 15:7-8, and strengthen others, Lk 22:32, introducing them to Christ's love through the ministry of reconciliation as Ambassadors of The New Creation, 2 Cor 5:14-21.

But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the (uncreated) love of God, which is being in Christ Jesus our Lord, Rom 8:27-29.

🧎🏻We ask these things in accordance Your will, Matt 12:50, which is Your Word, Luke 8:21, knowing that is what You hear, and when You hear, we have the requests we've asked, 1 Jn 5:14-15. With thanksgiving we make these requests known, Phil 4:6, thanking You in advance, Mk 11:24, with the promise that the peace of God which passes all comprehension will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:7. Thank You again in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14, The Amen, The Faithful Witness and Originator of This New Creation, Rev 3:14, in whom all the promises of God are Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20. 🙌

We stand with you in this hour, lifting our voices together in prayer and declaration as the storms of this age grow fiercer. Your request resonates deeply with the warnings and promises of Scripture, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s strength to endure, His wisdom to discern, and His grace to abide in Him fruitfully.

The days ahead will test the faith of many, just as Jesus foretold. Wars, rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes, and deception will increase, and the love of many will grow cold (Matthew 24:6-12). Yet we are not called to fear, but to vigilance. "Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man" (Luke 21:36). This is not a time for complacency or distraction by the cares of this world, but for sober-mindedness and unwavering trust in the One who holds all things together (Colossians 1:17).

We rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to paralyze God’s people. The enemy would have us cower in anxiety, but Scripture declares, "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on the truth that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The trials we face are not without purpose, they refine our faith, like gold purified in the fire (1 Peter 1:7), and they testify to the reality of Christ’s soon return.

We also lift up the call to abide in Christ, for apart from Him we can do nothing (John 15:5). The branches that remain connected to the Vine bear fruit, and the fruit that remains is evidence of a life surrendered to God (John 15:7-8). In these tumultuous times, we must guard our hearts against the distractions of sin, the lure of false teachings, and the hardening of our love. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and run with endurance the race set before us.

We pray for you and all who read this:
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Alpha and the Omega, the One who was, and is, and is to come. We thank You for Your Word, which stands forever, and for the warnings and promises You have given us to prepare our hearts. Lord, we ask for strength to endure the trials ahead, not with grumbling or despair, but with joy, knowing that You are with us and that our suffering produces endurance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-4).

Guard our hearts from the deception of this age. Give us discernment to recognize false prophets and teachings, and the courage to stand firm in Your truth. Help us to abide in Christ daily, that we may bear fruit that glorifies You and draws others to the light of the Gospel. When persecution comes, let us rejoice that we are counted worthy to suffer for Your name (Acts 5:41), and may our testimony shine brightly in the darkness.

We declare that nothing can separate us from Your love, neither tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, nor sword (Romans 8:35-39). You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We trust in Your promise that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your Church (Matthew 16:18), and that the Gospel will be preached to all nations before the end comes (Matthew 24:14).

Prepare our hearts for the birth pangs of the new creation, Lord. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9). Fill us with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let it guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May we be found faithful when He returns, standing before the Son of Man with confidence, not shame.

We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, the Faithful Witness, the Firstborn from the dead, and the Ruler of the kings of the earth (Revelation 1:5). To Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Let us encourage one another with these words: "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord" (1 Corinthians 15:58). The storms may rage, but our hope is anchored in Christ, and He will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Stand firm, beloved, for the Lord is coming soon!

Your prayer request reflects a profound meditation on what it means to stay anchored when everything around us trembles. What we hear most clearly is a heart that wants to abide deeply in Christ, not just survive the storms but actually bear fruit through them. That longing itself is evidence of the Spirit already at work in you, drawing you closer to the Vine.

It’s easy for this kind of watchfulness to turn into mental overload, scanning world events, examining our own readiness, bracing for what’s next. But the strength Jesus spoke of in Luke 21 isn’t about white-knuckling through disaster. It’s the steadfastness that grows out of remaining in Him, the same grape-branch dependence He described in John 15. When our inner life is tethered there, deception loses its grip and our love doesn’t run cold, not because we’re trying harder, but because we’re drawing from a deeper source.

One thing we have found genuinely helpful in seasons like this is turning Scripture meditation into something physical: speak the words aloud, or sing them. Hymns and songs anchored in truth have a way of settling our hearts faster and deeper than silent reading alone can manage. Many believers have described music as what held them when their own grip was slipping. You might try weaving songs directly into your prayer rhythm, especially on days when words feel thin.

We’re also glad you’re asking for prayer with others, that’s no small thing. Staying connected to fellow believers who share this hope keeps us grounded and helps guard against the isolation where deception breeds. Who else in your life is praying this way? Maybe a brief, regular check-in with one trusted friend could steady both of you.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this beloved friend who is watching and longing for strength. You promised that Your words will never pass away. Let that unshakeable truth anchor them in the days ahead. Sustain them in fruitful abiding, keep their love warm, and give them clear eyes to see through every deception. Surround them with faithful brothers and sisters who will stand together. We ask this in Your steady name, Amen.

The cry for strength to endure the shaking of all things is a petition after God’s own heart. You have rightly turned from the mere observations of wars and rumors to the throne of grace, for strength is not found in studying the storm but in hiding in the cleft of the rock. This strength, remember, is never a quality we summon from within our fallen nature; it is infused directly from the Holy Spirit, measured out by divine wisdom, and given so that we might have life more abundantly. The life you first received must be sustained and made vigorous by the same hand that gave it. Cry out for this life, for the dead cannot walk or gather strength, and before we can stand firm we must confess ourselves utterly without resource apart from Him.

These trials you anticipate, rivers to ford, persecutions, the very birth pangs of a new creation, must come. It would be a strange anomaly if a pilgrim to the Celestial City never encountered the Slough of Despond or the Valley of the Shadow. Our Lord has been honest with us, telling us before it occurs so that when the hour arrives, we may be believing and not offended. Yet the promise stands as sure as the throne of God: though the waters rise and the fire kindles, there is a secret source of strength, divine and omnipotent, that surrounds and fills the soul. You will not be swept away; you will not be consumed. The flame may loose your bonds, but not a hair of your head shall perish, for He is with you in the flood and in the fire.

But observe where the glory of this strength must lie. It dare not rest in fine elocution, human zeal, or even in the measurable force of our own resolve, for all such strength apart from God comes to a final and utter end. The glory of our strength must lie in God alone. It is the Gospel which is the great support of our strength; it is the Cross of Christ which is the main strength of the Gospel. When we glory in His finished work, we tap into a might that made the heavens and can recreate a dead heart. Do you feel your weakness? That is the sacred school where you learn to depend. To those who have no might, He increases strength. It is for your honor and safety to be strong in the Lord, and that strength is renewed not by striving but by feeding upon Christ, His body and His blood, the meat indeed and the drink indeed that sustains those who wait upon Him.

And what a glorious reason we have to endure! He was bound and delivered up that we might be freed from the guilt that shackled us. He cannot withhold any good thing from those whom He has purchased with His own bonds. Consider that the Christ who is ascended and interceding is the very one who first found you. The sheep never finds its shepherd, but is found by him. If you have any love to Christ, it is because He first loved you with an everlasting love. This same Savior is yours for every day, an everyday Savior for ordinary trials, a whole-of-life Savior for the long pilgrimage, a Savior for the body as well as the soul. Cast every burden upon Him, for He will sustain you or carry the load entirely. He is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth, and seeing that He has finished transgression and brought in an everlasting righteousness, you now stand in a matchless perfection that the law cannot touch. His patient endurance is imputed to you, so that your own patient endurance finds its root and fruit in union with Him.

Therefore, labor on in the strength of this belief. The word of a coworker with Christ cannot fail, for He works with us, confirming the word with signs following. Go forth with this testimony, not merely that you may escape, but that you may stand before the Son of Man, strengthen your brethren, and see lawless coldness melted by the warm love of a present Christ. Let your heart fix its gaze not on the shaking, but on the unshakable kingdom you are receiving. The joy set before Him was the foundation of His endurance, and that joy, the salvation of many souls, and the final, unclouded vision of His face, is your strength as well. Look to Him, the originator and finisher of faith. In Him, all the promises of God are yes and amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for strength to endure the coming storms, and your prayer is right, for the Lord Himself told us these things beforehand so that when they occur, we may believe. The birth pangs are beginning, and many will fall away, their love growing cold. But do not be frightened. This is the time to recall what I have often preached: esteem the reproach you bear for Christ as greater riches than all earthly treasure. To be reproached for His name is to share in His own reproach, for that rock was Christ. Endure as He endured, and wait for Him with patience. Do not despise the chastisement, for although the bark is rough, the fruit is sweet. All discipline seems painful at the time, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who are trained by it.

You fear being deceived. Keep then the lamp of knowledge burning. Christ warned that many false prophets will arise and mislead many. But you have the words that cannot pass away. Let them be written on your heart, and you become an epistle of Christ to all, a living letter known and read by everyone. Your virtue will commend your Teacher more than any writing. Yet never think you are sufficient of yourself. Our sufficiency is from God through Christ. If any strength comes, it is given; if any endurance remains, it is grace. When you were baptized, you were led into the wilderness as Christ was, to be tested. Do not be troubled that temptations multiply after baptism, for this happens in the natural order of things: each of the faithful must wrestle against the devil, and by such wrestling we are made strong.

You pray for fruitful abiding in the Vine. This is exactly what is needed. Let no thorns choke the word, the cares of this life and the deceitfulness of riches. These tear the soul as thorns tear flesh, and they hide wild beasts. Kindle the fire of the Spirit to consume them. Water the field of your heart with almsgiving, that evergreen and light-giving olive, and you will bear fruit that endures even through death. And if you stumble and find yourself feeding on husks in a far country, return at once to your Father. He does not call your former deeds to account; it is sufficient apology that you return.

Above all, let your grief be sweet. Even as a mother rejoices in the pangs of care for her children, so I delight in caring for you, and so you must care for one another. Strengthen the weak, introduce the lost to the love of Christ, and stand ready. Keep alert at all times, praying as you do, that you may have strength to escape all these things about to take place and to stand before the Son of Man. The one who endures to the end will be saved. Nothing, no tribulation, famine, peril, or any created thing, can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. In everything you overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved you. Therefore, with unveiled face, behold His glory, and be transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. This is the work of the Lord the Spirit, and He will bring you safely to the unshakable kingdom.

Your cry for strength and your longing to abide fruitfully in the Vine are heard. In these days, when the world groans and the pangs of a new creation press in, our only unshakable ground is the Lord Himself. He is the strength of your life, your refuge, and a very present help in trouble. Therefore, you need not fear, though the mountains be removed and the waters roar. The things that can be shaken, wars, rumors, upheavals in nature and nations, are only the beginning. They serve to drive us deeper into the One whose Kingdom cannot be moved, the One whose words will never pass away.

The secret lies not in mustering your own resolve, but in abiding. You are connected to the true Vine, and as you simply remain there, His life flowing through you, the fruit will come. It is not something you produce by anxious striving; it is the natural outcome of staying close to Him. Let His Word abide in you richly. It is your hidden strength against the deceiver’s lies and your shield when cold winds blow. Many have fallen because they trusted in their own wisdom or leaned on past victories, forgetting that apart from Him we can do nothing. But your desire to cling to Christ, to find your daily bread in His presence, is the very path He honors.

That same desire is built into prayer. When you bring every need, every fear, every global tremor before the throne, you are drawn into a position of strength. The Lord hears. He intercedes for you, that your faith will not fail. As you pray, the peace that surpasses understanding will guard your heart and mind, and your joy, rooted in Him, will not rise and fall with outward circumstances. It is an abiding joy, whether the way seems bright or a valley of shadow stands before you.

Remember, the strength that endures is the strength of a life set apart to God, a heart that says, “I have been His, and His alone, from before this trial came.” When weakness, age, or persecution whisper that your flesh and heart are failing, speak back with this truth: God is the strength of your heart and your portion forever. He who delivered you from the lion’s mouth will not forsake you now. Even the final enemy cannot separate you from His love.

So, look to Jesus, the Originator and Finisher of your faith. Endure the present light affliction by fixing your eyes on the joy set before you. The very things that shake the world are the birth pangs of a new heaven and a new earth. Let that hope sustain you. And as you are strengthened, you will naturally strengthen others, pointing them to the uncreated love of Christ, the veil removed, transformed from glory to glory. This is the testimony: that He who loved us makes us to overwhelmingly conquer in all these things. Hold fast. His grace is enough, and His word is sure.
