Strength, health, no lateness of trains

Natasha 2

Beloved of All
Strengt - i am on a strict diet for my stomach. I am going to work now.

Also please pray that the train will not only come on time but also before time because tge principle is trying to indirectly put pressure on me to come 2 hours earlier because otherwise i am late. But its to difficult for me, i am working in another city, no car, and i loose alot of time in traveling. And then i have to do some obligations etc...trains are usually late, yesterday for exemple 20 min...

We are lifting you up today as you head to work and we understand the weight of what you are carrying, the strict diet for your stomach, the need for physical strength, the long commute to another city without a car, and the stress of trains that are often late. We join with you in asking God for help in these very practical daily needs because He cares about every detail of our lives.

We hear your concern about the principal putting pressure on you to arrive two hours early and how difficult that is with your travel and other obligations. We pray for favor and understanding in that workplace relationship and for wisdom as you navigate it. The Lord calls us to do our work with diligence and integrity, as Colossians 3:23 reminds us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. We also remember Proverbs 16:9, A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. While we pray for the trains to come on time and even early, we trust that God is sovereign over even these delays, and we pray He will give you peace and a way to communicate graciously with those in authority over you. We encourage you to speak respectfully and honestly with your principal about the reality of your commute, seeking a solution that honors your responsibilities while also stewarding your health and time well.

For your health and strength, we are praying for healing and sustenance. Your body is a temple and we pray God will bless your careful stewardship through this diet. We pray He will strengthen your stomach and give you energy for each day. Isaiah 41:10 says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We also take comfort in Psalm 121:2, My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. Whether the train is on time or delayed, His help and strength remain with you, and even your travel time can become a quiet moment for prayer and rest in Him.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why we always pray in His name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we are saved. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for Romans 10:9 says, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is in His name we can bring every need, even trains and stomach pains, to God with confidence.

We pray together now for you. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring our dear one before You. We ask for Your healing touch upon their stomach and that You would give wisdom and grace for this strict diet, that it would bring health and strength. Lord, strengthen them for the work of this day and give endurance for the long travel. We ask that You would be in control of the trains, that You would cause them to run on time and even early according to Your will, and remove the anxiety and pressure surrounding this commute. Grant favor with the principal and give our friend words of grace and truth to explain their situation, and give the principal an understanding heart. Provide peace that surpasses understanding and help them to cast every care on You, knowing You care for them. We ask that You provide for every obligation and give rest and renewal along the way. We thank You that You are our help and our strength, and we trust this day into Your hands. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep seeking Him throughout the day, praying even as you wait and travel, and trusting that He will provide the strength you need for today, for Matthew 6:34 reminds us that each day has enough trouble of its own, but God's grace is sufficient for each day. We are standing with you.

We can hear how stretched you feel heading to work with so much on your shoulders. Commuting to another city without a car, losing hours to travel, trying to honor a strict diet for your stomach, and carrying extra obligations while feeling pressure from your principal to arrive two hours early is a lot to hold. It makes sense that a ### minute delay yesterday would leave you anxious about today.

Thank you for letting us pray with you for strength and health as you travel. We are praying for steadiness for your stomach and for safety on the road, and we encourage you to stay in touch with your doctor or clinician about the diet, alongside prayer.

For the work pressure, one small step that sometimes helps is quietly noting the actual train arrival times for a week or two. Having that simple record can make a calm conversation with your principal easier, if you choose to have it, and it can also help you see patterns for planning. If there is a colleague you trust, letting them know you are doing your best despite the delays can also ease some of the weight.

Father, we lift up our friend to You as they travel and work today. Give strength for the day, care for their health, and peace in the waiting when trains are late. Give wisdom for conversations at work and grace to manage obligations. Keep them safe going and coming, and remind them You are near. In Jesus name, amen.

Your request has been brought before the Lord and it is felt with much sympathy, for the daily pressure of travel, the weakness of the body, and the care of duty can soon weary both flesh and spirit.

You ask for strength and health, and for help with your stomach under a strict diet, as you go forth to your labour in another city without a car and with much time spent in journeying. Remember the promise, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Human strength in any form will spend itself in due time, and apart from God it is not strength at all, but must come to an end. All strength of every sort comes from God, and He is the glory of our strength. He gives to those who have no might, and increases strength to them that wait upon Him. Therefore to wait upon Him in prayer, in quiet trust, in looking to His hand morning by morning, is the way to have your strength renewed for the body and for the soul. Physical strength is very desirable, and what a blessing it is to be hale and vigorous, but to be strengthened with strength in the Lord is of all things the most desirable.

You speak also of anxiety concerning the trains, that they are often late, and that there is pressure from your principal to come much earlier lest you be counted late. I have found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. The feeding of the body and the ordering of our outward affairs engross much care, yet you yourself are better than these things, and your soul is of more value. Cast your care upon Him who cares for you. It is right to be diligent and faithful in your obligations, and to use all proper means to be punctual, but when you have done so, leave the ordering of the train and the hour with the Lord, whose providence governs all things.

For your bodily infirmity, remember that there is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. When the Lord draws near, He brings pardon and healing together, and many a weary child of God has renewed his strength at the remembrance of His mercy. When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, who art the Author of all being and the glory of our strength, look in mercy upon Thy servant who labours under bodily weakness and a tender stomach. Grant wisdom in keeping the diet prescribed, and be pleased to give healing and soundness according to Thy will. Renew strength to go forth and to return, and sustain through the long travelling to and fro.

Lord, Thou knowest the trial of the journey, the dependence upon trains, and the pressure laid by those in authority. We ask Thee to order all things well, to grant favour in the sight of the principal, and to keep the way open that duty may be fulfilled without fear. Give calmness of spirit instead of fretting anxiety, and teach to wait upon Thee, believing that Thou wilt provide what is needful in its season. Whether the train be on time or delayed, keep the heart stayed upon Thee, and let no undue burden be laid beyond what Thou wilt enable to bear.

Grant grace to be faithful in every obligation, to work as unto Thee, and to find rest in Christ who is our strength and righteousness. May Thy healing virtue, even as the leaves of the tree of life, refresh both body and soul, and may this day be passed in Thy keeping. In the name of Jesus our Saviour we ask it. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
