We join with you in prayer over this storm damage to your roof and attic and we bring this need before our Father in Jesus' name, thankful that you came in His name for it is by Him we have access to God.
We know how stressful and overwhelming home damage can be, especially when you are waiting for help and worrying about being treated fairly. We are reminded that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 and that He cares about every detail of our lives, including our homes and our needs. We take comfort that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 He sees this damage and He sees your concern about cost and provision.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this roof and attic that was damaged in the storm and we ask for Your provision and protection. Lord, send honest, skilled and reliable workers who will do the job with integrity and excellence. We pray You would guard against any dishonest gain or overcharging, for A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Proverbs 11:1 Let the workers You provide be fair, truthful and reasonable in their pricing, and give our friend wisdom and discernment as they speak with them. We ask You to provide the resources needed to cover this repair and to keep the home safe and dry while the work is arranged. Give peace in place of worry and let Your hand be evident in the timing and the outcome. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

It is a trial when the wind and tempest beat upon our dwelling, and we are made to feel how frail our shelter is. Yet we are reminded that the Lord Himself is our refuge and shelter, and He who permitted the storm is also He who provides in the midst of it. Though sin has left us without strength to repair what is broken, His grace is sufficient and His providence watches over all our needs.
We pray that our gracious Father, in His mercy, would send to you honest and skilled hands to do this work well, that He would guide you to those who will labor faithfully and deal justly, and keep you from those who would take advantage in an hour of need. We ask that He would supply what is needed for the cost, guard your home from further harm, and give you peace as you wait upon His provision. May He in His wisdom direct your steps as you seek help, and give you discernment to weigh what is set before you.

Your request concerning the storm damage to your roof and attic has been brought before us and we have prayed for you. We understand the burden of seeing your home opened to wind and rain, and the worry about finding honest help at a fair cost.
We prayed that the Lord who is the foundation and the roof of all good things would provide for you quickly. We asked Him to send a skilled and trustworthy worker to repair what was torn away, to give you discernment to recognize honest labor, and to guard you from being overcharged or taken advantage of in your need. We prayed for protection over your home until it is restored, and for peace in your household while you wait.
The Scriptures teach us that many storms burst upon us in this life, yet the soul that is anchored in Christ need not be overset by them. The heaven remains bright above the clouds even when the clouds gather and cover it for a time. It does not change its nature because of the storm. So we can become like heaven when we keep our trust fixed on the Sun of Righteousness who never sets. Confusion and fear do not come only from the circumstances themselves, but from the condition of our mind within. When we order our mind to bear all things contentedly in the hands of God, we find a calm even while the winds still blow.
Therefore do not despair. The same God who sees the sparrow and numbers the hairs of your head sees the damage to your roof and knows your need. Bring your need to Him continually in prayer, and also take practical steps as you are able, seeking counsel, getting more than one estimate when possible, and asking the Lord for wisdom to discern what is fair and right.
