Stop torment
We hear your distress and the deep discomfort you are experiencing, and we stand with you in seeking the Lord’s protection and deliverance. The enemy seeks to torment and defile, but we know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The physical manifestations you describe are indeed disturbing, but we take authority over every demonic assignment against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
First, we must address the request for God to physically punish witches and demons. While we understand the frustration and anger that comes from spiritual warfare, Scripture teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and His justice will prevail in His perfect timing and way. Our role is not to call for punishment but to stand in faith, resist the devil (James 4:7), and trust God to defend us. We do not wage war as the world does (2 Corinthians 10:3-4), but we fight with spiritual weapons, prayer, the Word of God, and the blood of Jesus.
The enemy’s tactics are meant to instill fear, disgust, and helplessness, but we declare that you are not helpless. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow (Philippians 2:9-10). We rebuke every demonic spirit attempting to harass you, and we command them to flee in Jesus’ name. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and no curse or spell can stand against a child of God who is covered by the blood of Christ.
We also encourage you to examine your life for any open doors that may be giving the enemy a foothold. Are there areas where sin, unforgiveness, or ungodly influences have crept in? Ephesians 4:27 warns us not to give the devil a foothold. Confess any known sin, renounce any involvement in occult practices (even unknowingly), and fill your life with the Word of God and worship. The enemy thrives in darkness, but the light of Christ exposes and drives him out (John 1:5).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Lord, we rebuke every demonic spirit, every witchcraft assignment, and every foul manifestation attempting to torment them. We command these spirits to flee now in Jesus’ name! We plead the blood of Jesus over their eyes, their mind, their body, and their home. Let no evil touch them, and let no curse or spell have any effect.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. Cover them with Your feathers and under Your wings, where they can find refuge (Psalm 91:4). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in the authority You have given them as Your child. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and remind them that You are their defender and their strong tower (Proverbs 18:10).

Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). The prayer you have breathed carries the mark of keen distress, and the suffering of the eye is no light thing, for it is a member exquisitely tender. Yet the cry for physical punishment upon those you deem your tormentors is not the path of the disciple who has learned of Christ. Turn with me to the old record, where David, under a vile and cowardly curse from Shimei, refused the sword of Abishai, saying, "It may be that the Lord will look upon my affliction." He made an advocate's excuse for the man who falsely accused him, and left the matter in the hands of the Judge of all the earth, trusting that God might repay him with good for the cursing he endured. This is the true spirit: not calling down fire, but spreading the complaint before the Lord, whose Sovereignty is the choicest comfort of the saint.
Do not mistake accidents or the malicious spite of men or demons for the final punishment of sin, for that belongs to a state yet future. Our Lord taught us that the tower in Siloam falling upon men did not mark them as sinners above all others. Far worse than any liquid cast upon the eye is the soul-punishment of which Scripture warns; let the dread of that eternal weight drive you not to demand wrath now, but to flee to the Cross where wrath was satisfied. Let this affliction, gross as it is, become your quickening. Is there not a promise that God's Word revives the heart in its heaviness? "Unless Thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in my affliction." The sweet pith of this bitter bark is that you are driven to a constant, singular dependence: "Keep me as the apple of the eye." Pray that prayer, which asks not for vengeful punishment on others, but for the Lord's own sensitive, ceaseless guardianship over you. Ask that the Divine Presence, the one hope of the people of God, would be your shield, and that your own eye would be kept single, full of light, fixed upon Him who, when He was reviled, reviled not again. Let this be your comfort in the affliction: that the Lord looks upon it, and His quickening Word will sustain you.

Do you not see that you are asking for a plague upon your own soul? To call down physical punishment on those you think are witches makes your mouth a sewer, and your heart a breeding ground for demons. You are raving like a man possessed, bringing a self-chosen madness upon yourself. The Lord did not teach us to seek an eye for an eye; that law was given to restrain the aggressor, not to give you leave to turn your hands loose against others. You are using it backward, letting hatred loose in your own heart.
What deliverance do you truly seek? The easy, toilless way to be freed from all sins is simply to forgive those who grieve you. Keeping up enmity is real torment. Do you think God hears a prayer soaked in vengeance? He permits storms like this, allowing you to feel the foulness, so that you might cry out not for their destruction but for your own cleansing. When the disciples in the tempest saw Him asleep, they feared and called upon Him, and He awoke to calm the sea. He slept to sharpen their perception of His power. So now, this trial is permitted that you might learn to despise such harassment, not to curse the harassers.
Look at the holy ones who were tortured and did not accept a cheap deliverance, looking instead to a better resurrection. They chose death rather than seek the punishment of their persecutors. He does not promise us a life free from every foul sensation; He grants us something far greater, to stand above such things, to preserve our inner peace even when eyes are insulted. Do not let this filth make you filthy within by hating. Instead, receive the spirit of adoption, put on Christ, and pray only for your own deliverance from evil. That is the prayer He taught us: deliver us from the evil one, not crush the evil one with our own vindictive hands. Leave the demons to God’s own judgment, and seek a clean heart. Then your eyes will see clearly, and no imaginary spittle can defile a soul that forgives.

It is real and understandable to cry out when you feel tormented by what you cannot see. The distress and disgust you describe matter to God, and He is not indifferent to your suffering. But let me gently press into the heart of what prayer is meant to be. Prayer is not primarily a tool to command punishment on others, even on spiritual enemies. Prayer is the pathway of a child coming to a Father, a relationship already established through Jesus Christ. If that relationship is not the foundation, the prayer itself becomes hollow. The Father’s ear is open to His children, and His desire is always to give them Himself first.
Many people treat prayer like a transaction, seeking relief from torment, deliverance from attacks, healing from sickness, without ever wanting the Deliverer more than the deliverance. But the most dangerous thing you can do is ask only for external help while leaving your heart unchanged. That would be like inviting Jesus to sweep out a few demons but not to sit on the throne of your life. When His powerful presence truly enters, darkness cannot stay. So my first prayer for you is not merely for punishment against these forces, but for the overwhelming entrance of Christ’s life into every corner of your being. That is the only lasting solution.
It is true that Scripture shows Nehemiah praying forcefully against those who mocked and attacked God’s work, even asking God to turn their own schemes back upon their heads. But that prayer was never separated from a life of obedience, a heart set on God’s kingdom, and responsible action. Nehemiah prayed, and then he set a watch. Prayer and prudence go together. So yes, you should pray boldly for protection and for the Lord to silence the torment, but let that prayer be paired with a surrender to His will, not just a demand for the punishment of others. Ask Him to cover you, to guard your eyes both physically and spiritually, and to fill your mind with His peace. Fill your own mouth with praise and Scripture rather than a fixation on what the enemy is doing.
Also examine the deeper cry within the cry. Sometimes we ask for things out of a desire for vindication, which can become a kind of consuming lust, "ask and receive not because you ask amiss." God does not exist to carry out our personal vendettas. He wants to bring you into such a close walk with Him that the dark intrusions lose their power because the Light Himself has taken up residence. When your will aligns with His, you can say with confidence, "Your kingdom come, Your will be done", and that includes your deliverance. He is far more willing to give you His Spirit than you are to ask. So ask, but ask for the right thing: not just a dry eye, but a heart so filled with Jesus that there is no room for torment.
Prayer is not an excuse for passivity either. Act responsibly in the natural realm while you trust in the spiritual. If there are practical, godly steps to take, securing your environment in peace, speaking truth aloud, having trusted believers agree with you in prayer, do them. The Lord honors the agreement of two or three who ask according to His will. And remember, even if these attacks feel relentless, they are not beyond His reach. The demons described in Revelation could only operate within limits set by God, and even then the ultimate tragedy was that people refused to repent. Do not let the torment become your focus. Let it drive you deeper into the arms of the One who has already disarmed all powers and authorities through the cross.
