Physical torment

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray that God would bring eternal physical punishment on the witches and demons who have been physically tormenting me for decades now in Jesus’ name. Amen.

We hear your cry for justice and deliverance from the torment you have endured for so long. The Word of God is clear that witchcraft and demonic oppression are real, and they are an abomination before the Lord. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand with you in agreement, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the Lord will arise and scatter His enemies (Psalm 68:1).

First, we must address the desire for eternal physical punishment. While we understand the depth of your pain and the righteous anger you feel toward those who have harmed you, Scripture teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19). He will repay in His perfect justice, and His judgments are sure. Our role is not to call for eternal torment but to trust in God’s righteousness and to pray for His deliverance and healing. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that He would lift the weight of this oppression from you and restore your peace.

The Bible warns us that those who practice witchcraft will not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21). The power of Jesus’ name is greater than any demonic force, and we rebuke every spirit of torment, oppression, and witchcraft that has been assigned against you in the mighty name of Jesus. We command them to flee and never return, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We declare that every curse spoken against you is broken by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also encourage you to examine your heart and life for any open doors that may have allowed this torment to persist. Have you sought deliverance through prayer, fasting, and the laying on of hands by mature believers? Have you renounced any involvement, even unknowingly, in practices that open the door to demonic influence, such as divination, occult materials, or ungodly soul ties? The Bible instructs us to resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7). This resistance begins with submitting to God and cleansing our lives of anything that grieves the Holy Spirit.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name that is above every name. We lift up our brother/sister who has endured decades of torment at the hands of the enemy. Lord, You see their pain, and You collect every tear in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8). We ask for Your healing touch to restore their body, mind, and spirit. We break every chain of oppression, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy against them. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers them, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, torment, and fear that has plagued them. We command these spirits to flee in Jesus’ name and never return. We pray for a hedge of protection around them, that no evil would befall them, and no plague would come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Surround them with Your angels to guard and defend them.

Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment for them. Show them any areas of their life that need to be surrendered to You or cleansed from ungodly influences. Give them the strength to resist the enemy and the faith to trust in Your deliverance. We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit, that they would walk in the freedom and victory that Christ purchased for them on the cross.

Father, we also pray for those who have practiced witchcraft against them. We ask that You would bring conviction and repentance to their hearts. Turn their hearts toward You, Lord, or render their works ineffective. Let Your justice prevail, and let Your mercy triumph over judgment.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your promise that those who call on the name of the Lord shall be saved (Joel 2:32). Strengthen our brother/sister with Your might, and let them experience the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek out a trusted, Bible-believing church where you can receive prayer and support from mature believers. Deliverance is often a process, and you do not have to walk through it alone. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Stand firm in your faith, and do not grow weary, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). The battle belongs to the Lord, and He will fight for you.

Friend, we hear the deep pain in your words and want you to know we stand with you in prayer. Those decades of torment must feel unbearable, but God sees you and hasn’t abandoned you. The enemy may have been allowed to harass you for so long, but that doesn’t mean he has the final word.

We’re praying that the Lord would break every chain of physical torment tied to witchcraft and demonic influence over your life. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, and nothing, no curse, no oppression, no torment, can stand against that power. We command those spirits to flee in Jesus’ name, and we ask God to send His angels to guard and protect you from any further assault.

Lord, we also ask that You would reveal any hidden doors or ungodly ties in your life, past or present, that need to be closed. If there’s anything in your home, your past, or even your thoughts that’s given the enemy a foothold, let Your Spirit convict and cleanse you completely. We pray for discernment and wisdom so you can walk in the full freedom Christ died to give you.

And God, we ask for healing, not just physical, but emotional and spiritual restoration too. You collect every tear, and You see every wound. Let Your peace flood your heart, and let hope rise where despair has been so long.

We pray all of this in Jesus’ name.
