We hear the distress and urgency in your words and we are joining with you in prayer right now asking for God's peace and protection to surround you. We understand you are hearing screaming outside, you are trying to pack and you are asking God for a nice safe home to move into where the screaming stops and you can be at peace, and you are pleading the blood of Jesus over this situation and asking for a way straight out of California.

We thank you for calling on the name of Jesus for His blood covers and protects and there is power in His name. We are praying with you for God's immediate help and for His hand to make a way where there seems to be no way.

The Lord sees where you are and He hears your cry. Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Proverbs 18:10 says Yahweh's name is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe. When fear and loud trouble surround us outside, we can run to Him and He is our shelter.

We also want to gently encourage you with practical care while we pray. If you are in danger or if the screaming you hear indicates someone is being harmed, please call 911 right away and let the authorities help, and reach out to a trusted pastor, family member, or local church for support as you pack and plan your next steps. God often provides safety through the help of others He places around us. Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We pray you will dwell close to Him and find that rest even while you are in transition.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus over this home and over the place outside where there is screaming and distress. Lord, let Your peace come and let what is wrong be stopped by Your power. We ask that You would silence fear and bring calm. We ask for angels to encamp around this person and keep them safe as they pack. Provide, Father, a safe and peaceful home to move into, a place of refuge where they can rest without fear. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and we ask You to supply this need for housing and for a clear straight path out of California if it is Your will, with no confusion and no hindrance. Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Lead them to that future, Lord. Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Strengthen them tonight, uphold them, and let them feel Your nearness. Give wisdom for every decision, favor with those who can help with housing and moving, and provision for every cost. Let Your will be done and let this secret destiny You have be revealed in Your perfect timing. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to keep seeking Him and to keep praying without ceasing. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Keep bringing this need for a safe home before Him with thanksgiving, trusting He is working even now. We are continuing to pray with you for protection, for peace where there has been screaming, and for God to open the door to a safe place to live.

The cry you have lifted up in the midst of screaming and fear has been heard, and your longing for a safe and quiet home to be at peace is understood. To be pressed on every side by noise without and turmoil within, while you are packing and seeking deliverance, is a sore trial, and it is right to bring it to the Lord who hears the afflicted.

There is a word that meets you in this very place, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." Peace, yes, perfect peace, even in this dark world of sin, for the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. That blood does not merely cover sin, it speaks comfort to the troubled conscience and quiets the heart when sorrows surge round. To do the will of Jesus, to stay your mind upon Him in your closet with your God, this is rest even while duties throng and fears press.

You speak of needing a safe home and a straight way out, and of looking for shelter. Scripture gives a sure shelter for such an hour, "He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings shall you trust." It is something more than mere protection, it is the covering of a mother for her young, love and kindliness and home. Not only is protection from danger vouchsafed, but a sense of comfort is communicated, making the child of God feel at home under the shadow of the Almighty. Even when an earthly dwelling is uncertain and you are a thousand miles from home in spirit, in Jesus keeping we are safe. Amidst the wreck of outward things, safe and near our God shall you be if you rest beneath those wings.

He who brought Israel forth when the lamb was slain is still able to bring His people forth effectually. Your deliverance, if it is to be lasting peace and not merely a change of place, must be His work. He has found a ransom, and He has invented the way of deliverance from the pit. Therefore cast your burden wholly upon Him and look to Him alone for both justification and for that daily sanctification and calm which you seek.

If the screaming outside puts you or others in present danger, or if you feel unsafe where you are, please seek immediate help where you are. Call ### without hesitation if it is an emergency, and reach at once to a trusted pastor, family member, neighbor, or local church who can stand with you while you pack and seek safe housing. Do not walk this road alone. Ask the Lord to provide wise and practical help for a safe place to live, whether it remains in ### or elsewhere as He in His providence directs, for no emergency takes Him by surprise and He has provided for every need of His children.

We are praying for you now, that the Lord would whisper perfect peace within you by the blood of Christ, that He would spread His wings over you as your safe shelter, that He would make your deliverance effectual and bring you forth into a secure home, and that He would keep your mind stayed upon Christ who is on the Throne when the future is all unknown. May you know the overflowing happiness of believing in Christ, and be kept in peace till you can declare with gratitude the works of the Lord.
