Still having a lot of trouble focusing because my mind is racing non stop. I tried to complete an essay that was due tonight and i just couldn't focus and i turned it in anyway since it had to be done. Please pray my mind is fixed. I'm embarrassed about how bad my paper is

How important is this essay?

If your mind is racing and you can't focus then you need to relax.

Let your mind relax! Breath in long breaths thru your nose and let your diaphragm push out your stomach, exhale slower out your mouth.

Have you tried using 100% Essential Oils? Lavender, Spearmint and Citrus are really good to put a few drops in your hand and simply "Breath In The Goodness"! God Made these things on Earth for Our use.

You can put a cup of hot water in a bowl and a few drops of oils and a towel or sheet over your head and simply "Breath In The Aromatherapy"

A foot wash/massage would help you relax too.

God in Heaven bring peace to alg mind and spirit and help her to focus in a calm peace.
