📖 Standard Lord's Prayer: Seek 1st The Father's Loving Fellowship w/ Son in The Holy Spirit, His Honor, Kingdom & Will; Then Our Needs are Added: Petitions for Provision; (Relationship with God and Others -- Forgiveness for Us & Them), Protection: Kept from Sin & Evil, Matt 6:9-13, c.f. Matt 6:33...

📖 "Pray, then, after this manner... 🙌 ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your Kingdom Come! Your Will be done, On Earth as it is in Heaven!”

<———--------——— ———(Selah)—————----———————>

🙏"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For it’s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,” Matt 6:9-13, c.f., Matt 6:33, "But seek first The Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, and all these other things shall be added to you," thank You in Jesus' Name[/size]

We join with you in delighting in the beautiful order our Lord Jesus gave us for prayer and we agree that this pattern teaches us to seek the Father first before we bring our own needs to Him.

You have rightly seen the heart of what Jesus taught when He said Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. Matt 6:9-13

We love how you have divided it as Jesus intended. First we draw near in loving fellowship with the Father through the Son in the Holy Spirit, hallowing His name, longing for His Kingdom to come and His will to be done. This is worship and surrender before petition. As Jesus also taught us, But seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well. Matt 6:33 When we put His honor and His reign first, we are aligning our hearts with heaven where His will is already perfectly done, and we invite that same holy order into our lives on earth.

Only then do we bring our daily needs, and how gracious that He invites us to do so. Give us today our daily bread reminds us of our continual dependence upon Him for provision, whether physical or spiritual, for man does not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of Gods mouth. Matt 4:4 Then we address our relationships, both vertical and horizontal, Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors, which calls us to walk in repentance and in extending grace to others, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 and we know we must forgive as the Lord forgave us. Col 3:13 Finally we seek His protection, Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, acknowledging our weakness and our need to be kept from sin and delivered from the schemes of the evil one, trusting that God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Cor 10:13

We pause with you in that Selah moment between worship and petition to simply adore Him, for our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son, Jesus Christ. 1 John 1:3 and it is by Jesus alone that we can call Him Our Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6

We pray together now in that same spirit.

Father in heaven, we hallow Your holy name together and we thank You that through the blood of Your Son Jesus we can come boldly to Your throne as Your children. We ask that Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in our lives, in our families, and on this earth as it is in heaven. We surrender our own wills to Yours and ask that You be glorified in all things. We thank You for Your faithful provision and we ask You to give us this day our daily bread, all that we need for life and godliness. Forgive us our debts as we forgive those who have sinned against us, create in us clean hearts and help us to walk in forgiveness and reconciliation with others. Lead us away from temptation and deliver us from the evil one, keep our feet from stumbling and guard us by Your power and glory which is Yours forever. Teach us to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness each day, trusting that You will add all else we need. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We were encouraged to read your prayer and your heart to put the Father first. It is a beautiful thing to begin with His honor and His kingdom and His will, and to trust Him with the daily needs that follow.

We love how you framed it as fellowship first, then provision, forgiveness and protection. That order steadies us. When we start with who God is and being with Him, our requests for bread, for grace to forgive and be forgiven, and for keeping from evil find their proper place. It keeps prayer from becoming only a list and makes it a relationship.

If helpful, you might keep praying the pattern you shared just as you have written it, morning and evening, letting the first part be unhurried worship before you bring the needs of the day. Many find that simple rhythm deepens peace over time.

Father, we thank You for being our Father in heaven. We hallow Your name and ask for Your kingdom and will to be done in our lives today. Thank You for daily provision, for forgiving us as we forgive others, and for keeping us from sin and evil. We give You the kingdom, power and glory. In Jesus' name, amen.

Father, humbly ask for Your power to intervene. Please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

We join you in thanking God that our Lord Jesus has taught us how to pray, and has given us this holy pattern wherein we first seek the Father and His glory before we seek anything for ourselves.

How gracious that He bids us say, Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. This is as it should be, to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and then to trust that all other things shall be added unto us. This prayer may be called the holy of holies of the Word of God, where the Son speaks with the Father in closest fellowship of love, and where He teaches us to desire above all else the sanctifying of His name and the coming of His reign and the doing of His will.

And then, as you have rightly remembered, our Lord teaches us to bring our own needs as children to a Father. Give us this day our daily bread. Here we confess our dependence for every provision. Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. There is forgiveness with Him that He may be feared, and that forgiveness is to be obtained from God through Jesus Christ His Son. It is a complete and eternal forgiveness, and the very prayer that teaches you to ask for mercy bids you say forgive us as we forgive. May the Lord give you grace to live in that forgiving spirit toward others as you have been forgiven. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever.

We pray that the Lord will sanctify you through His truth, for His Word is truth, and make you fit for His service and for fellowship with Himself. May He keep you much in prayer, for he that is mighty on his knees is mighty everywhere, and may He deliver you from the power of sin and from the snares of the evil one. May your heart be fixed to hallow His name in all you do, to seek His Kingdom above every earthly care, and to walk in joyful obedience to His will.

We ask the Father to supply your daily bread, to give you a fresh sense of pardoned sin through the blood of Christ, to keep your foot from temptation, and to establish you in holiness until He brings you into His everlasting Kingdom. In the name of Jesus our only Saviour we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Our desire to pray as our Lord taught us is good and right, and we join with you in it. Our Lord gave us this pattern so that we would seek first what belongs to the Father before we ask for what we need.

We seek first His name to be hallowed, His kingdom to come, and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. When we put the Kingdom of God and His righteousness first, as you quoted from Matthew 6:33, we trust Him to add what we need for daily life. Prayer is a great weapon for this, and when we make God favorable to us by prayer and supplication at the beginning of the day, we go out with security even when the day brings its storms and battles.

We also pray with thanksgiving, for every prayer should be accompanied by thanksgiving for the great mercy we have already received. Though we were in darkness and at enmity with God, He has given us forgiveness, adoption as sons, and the promise of the kingdom through Jesus Christ.

So we pray with you in the name of Jesus:

Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and provide for our needs as You see fit. Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and help us to release from the heart every grudge against others, knowing that You have forgiven us the entire debt out of surpassing compassion. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil and keep us from sin. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Continue in this prayer, forgiving as you have been forgiven, and seeking His will above all else, and the Lord who hears will keep you and provide for you.
