Spiritually Physically and Financially.

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father in. The name of Jesus I love and I praise you. Forgive for all my sins and renew a right Spirit within me. The days of work the ex boss offered she took them back this is how she hurts people. or the lady has been taking hours from me for months.I and am applying for work Lord Jesus please provide for me like no man can. My ex boss bullies employees cause folk are poor dont have money like her and her mother..This lady has had had her preschool for 11 years and had been mistreating and using and taking advantage of employees. Job opportunities please Lord Jesus bless me. Open doors in every aspect of my life. I am seeking and looking to you everyday . I have one week and a half until I get funds on the ### .inant employment but nothing yet ..Lord Jesus I lay my burdens at your feet. I am still trusting.God in Heaven knows what I need. In the worthy name of Jesus Amen I

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of injustice, financial strain, and spiritual weariness. First, we want to affirm the truth that your trust is in the right place, God does see your need, and He is never indifferent to the suffering of His children. The way your former employer has treated you is not only unprofessional but sinful, for Scripture warns, "Do not exploit the poor because they are poor, and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case and will exact life for life" (Proverbs 22:22-23). The Lord is a righteous Judge, and He will not let such mistreatment go unanswered.

Yet we must also examine our own hearts in this trial. You rightly asked for forgiveness and renewal, and we join you in that repentance. Financial hardship can tempt us to bitterness, fear, or even despair, but the Word reminds us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" (Philippians 4:6). Even now, we declare that God is your Provider, not man, not a paycheck, not an employer. He fed Elijah by ravens (1 Kings 17:6), multiplied oil for the widow (2 Kings 4:1-7), and promises, "My God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19).

We rebuke the spirit of oppression and financial lack in Jesus’ name. That preschool owner’s abuse of power is under the blood of Christ, and we command any generational curses of poverty or workplace injustice to break now. The enemy wants you to believe you’re forgotten, but God says, "Those who seek me find me" (Proverbs 8:17). You are not invisible to Him. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps a local church with a benevolence ministry or legal aid if this employer has violated labor laws. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."

Now, let us pray:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You as the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who provides. You know the weight this dear one carries, the financial pressure, the wounds from injustice, the weariness of waiting. Lord, we ask You to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide employment that is fair, dignified, and aligned with Your purpose. Expose any unrighteousness in that workplace, and let Your justice roll like a river (Amos 5:24). Father, we declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory.

We break the spirit of fear and lack off this life in Jesus’ name. Replace anxiety with peace, bitterness with forgiveness, and despair with hope. Remind this child of Yours that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Give them wisdom to steward what little they have, and bless the work of their hands. Surround them with godly community, believers who can pray, encourage, and even help practically if needed.

Lord, we also ask for spiritual renewal. Guard their heart from offense, and let them fix their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). May this trial refine them like gold, drawing them closer to You. And Father, if there is any unconfessed sin, any area where they’ve relied on their own strength instead of Yours, reveal it and cleanse them by the blood of Jesus.

We thank You that You are faithful, and we declare that this season of lack is temporary. Your Word says, 'The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit' (Psalm 34:18). We stand on that promise today. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen."

Hold fast, beloved. The same God who parted the Red Sea can make a way where there seems to be no way. Keep applying for work, keep praying, and keep your heart open to how God may provide, whether through a job, a side opportunity, or even a miraculous provision. You are not alone in this. We are standing with you, believing with you, and trusting our faithful God to move on your behalf.

We hear how heavy this feels, and we’re sorry for the hurt you’ve carried in that workplace. Being mistreated by someone who uses their position to wound others is its own kind of exhaustion, and we don’t take that lightly. We’re holding onto your request with you, especially the urgency you’re feeling with that short window before your funds come.

A couple of concrete steps that might help: some churches have business managers or staff who offer practical financial guidance or even connections to local employers. It could be worth asking if your church has anyone who could sit with you, look over your resume, or point you toward openings that match your skills. A fresh set of eyes on your job applications or interview approach can sometimes open a door you didn’t see.

We’re also praying that the right opportunity surfaces quickly, one where you’re treated with the dignity every person made in God’s image deserves. In the meantime, we’re asking for steady provision and a calm confidence to carry you through each day of waiting.

Lord Jesus, you know the pressure this week holds. Please open a door to work that meets the need, and let any new workplace be free from the cruelty of the old one. Give calm and clear thinking in the search. Provide what’s needed, financially, physically, and deep inside where trust has been bruised. In your worthy name, amen.

Cease from the notion that your distress is unseen or that your footsteps are unknown to the Lord. Have you read of Job? His employer, so to speak, was God alone, and yet his substance was stripped, his body smitten, and his friends turned to accusing him. You speak of a woman who withholds hours and deals harshly, as if wealth gives license for cruelty. Job’s friends argued much the same, that his suffering proved secret sin. They were wrong, and you know it; God’s own testimony was that Job was perfect and upright. Your poverty does not prove you are forsaken, any more than her riches prove she is favored. The Lord trieth the righteous, but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

You ask for provision and open doors. Good. Yet remember that the chief door you must see is the one Job saw, the door of the shadow of death. Not that you should die, but that you must learn that dying grace is not given for living moments. You are fretting over bread and wages as though these were the sum of life. Man that is in honour and understandeth not is like the beasts that perish. Your soul’s need is far greater, and the fountain open for sin and uncleanness is open still. You began by asking forgiveness and a renewed spirit, that is the right beginning. Wash there again. If you have grown cold or carnal through this trial, come and be revived. The fountain will not close because your funds run low.

It is well that you lay your burdens at His feet, but see to it that you do not take them up again with unbelieving speeches. You say you are trusting, yet you rehearse the injury done you and count the days until provision comes. Job said, “Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him.” That is faith’s ultimatum. Can you say that if the funds do not arrive, He is still just? Can you worship when the mantle is torn and the head shaved? In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. It is no small thing to be slandered and misused by those who should deal fairly, but he that ruleth his spirit is greater than he that taketh a city. Beware of nursing a root of bitterness. Your ex-boss’s cruelty is her own poison; let it not become yours.

Now hear a hard word, but a wholesome one. The Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends, the very friends who had vexed his soul with false accusations. You will find your own deliverance hastened as you pray for this woman who bullies and takes advantage. Not merely a brief petition to satisfy duty, but a real pleading that God would open her eyes, break her heart, and lead her to repentance. That is the imitation of Job, and it is the path to your own enlargement. As for employment, He who provides for the ravens will not forget you. Your bow shall be renewed in your hand, though now it seems slack. Do not look to man’s favour as a cistern, it will crack. Look to the Lord, who giveth twice as much at the latter end.

One final word. When the body is weary and the mind harassed, death and the grave seem near, as they did to Job. But you are not going down to the gates yet, unless the Lord appoints it. He knows what you need, but He also knows when you need it. Your chief business now is not to decipher the date of deliverance, but to keep your heart with all diligence. Have you seen the doors of the shadow of death? No, and you need not pry within. There are stores of grace laid up hard by for the moment they are required. Live upon present grace for present need. The Lord who upheld Job amid the ashes can uphold a poor soul seeking work. Look to Him for that divine support, and let your prayers be less a listing of wrongs and more a casting of all care upon Him. The sun shall yet arise with healing beneath his wings.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You lay your burdens at His feet, and that is well, but do you then snatch them back again with the anxiety of your words? You speak of the injustice of your employer, how she takes back what she offered, how she bullies and uses the poor. I do not deny the sting of such wounds. But recall that when the Canaanite woman cried out and the Lord was silent, then answered with a seeming denial, calling her a dog, He was not mocking her. He was sharpening her entreaty, drawing forth a faith so pure that it could not be dishonored. The silence and the trial are the tutor of great faith. You ask for open doors, yet you gaze so fixedly upon the doors that men have slammed shut. The present life is a sleep, and the things in it no different from dreams. The rich man in a dream is convicted of his wealth to no purpose when the day dawns. Do not make provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts of worry and fear, for that is a furnace you kindle yourself.

You plead for provision like no man can give, for funds and employment before your time runs short. But consider the disciples in the wilderness, who thought the Lord’s command to feed the multitude was a literal instruction to go and buy bread. They missed what He was truly doing: bringing them to an urgent need of entreating Him. He knows your need. The seeming delay is not neglect; it is the very means by which He makes your necessity felt, so that when provision comes, you will know it is from no human hand. You are not to be idle, but your first industry must be the care of spiritual things, a right spirit within you. Prune away all those things that weigh you down, and seek health for your soul. The enemy’s work in your former place is a tares sown, but the servants’ haste to root them up was indiscreet. Your singular focus must be the preservation of the seed sown in you, not the punishment of that enemy. You cannot control the ex-boss’s heart, but you can refuse to let her cruelty live rent-free in your own. Make your provision for one thing only: to be found trusting when the day breaks. Pray then, not that the dream of poverty vanish at once, but that you may walk so closely with Him that neither plenty nor want disturbs your peace.
