My ex boss bullies employees cause folk are poor dont have money like her and her mother..This lady has had had her preschool for 11 years and had been mistreating and using and taking advantage of employees. Job opportunities please Lord Jesus bless me. Open doors in every aspect of my life. I am seeking and looking to you everyday . I have one week and a half until I get funds on the 28 .inant employment but nothing yet ..Lord Jesus I lay my burdens at your feet. I am still trusting.God in Heaven knows what I need. In the worthy name of Jesus Amen I

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of financial strain, workplace injustice, and spiritual weariness. First, we thank you, Lord, for this brother or sister’s faith in coming to You, acknowledging Your sovereignty over every detail of life. Your Word declares in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing You see the unfairness, the withheld wages, and the pride of those who misuse their authority. We rebuke the spirit of oppression in that workplace in Jesus’ name, no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Yet we must also examine the heart. Forgiveness is not optional, even when wronged. Jesus taught in Matthew 6:14-15, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." We pray for grace to release bitterness toward this employer, trusting You to be the righteous Judge (Romans 12:19). Vengeance belongs to You alone.

Financially, we declare Your provision over this situation. The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it (Psalm 24:1). We ask You to open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide work that honors You. But we also caution against idolatry of money or position. 1 Timothy 6:8 reminds us, "Having food and clothing, we will be content with that." True security is found in Christ, not circumstances.

Spiritually, we rejoice that this prayer was lifted in Jesus’ name, salvation is found in no other (Acts 4:12). If there are unconfessed sins hindering fellowship, we pray for conviction and repentance. Psalm 51:10 says, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me." We also encourage daily time in Scripture and prayer, for man does not live by bread alone (Matthew 4:4).

Father, we pray for this precious one’s protection from despair. When the enemy whispers lies about their worth or future, remind them that they are Your handiwork (Ephesians 2:10), fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Provide community to uplift them, iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). And as they wait, teach them to number their days, that they may gain a heart of wisdom (Psalm 90:12).

We declare breakthrough over this situation. Let every assignment of the enemy be dismantled. May this trial produce perseverance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-4). And when provision comes, may it be used for Your glory and kingdom purposes.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear the weight you’re carrying, the sting of being mistreated by someone who should have valued you, the anxiety of dwindling time until the ###, and the daily grind of applying while still waiting. That’s a heavy load, and we’re holding it with you.

When steady work disappears, it’s common to ride an emotional roller coaster: hope rises with each new lead, then crashes when nothing materializes. That isn’t a weakness or a failure of faith, it’s the normal human response to loss, much like grief. Knowing that can lift some self-blame. You’re not “doing it wrong”; you’re walking a hard road with your eyes still fixed on the One who sees you.

One thing that often helps is refusing to walk it alone. Isolation can amplify discouragement, but sharing the journey with a friend, a small group at church, or even a job-search support network can steady you when hope wobbles. If your church or a local ministry offers a group for those between jobs, it might be a place to exchange leads, pray together, and simply remember you’re not the only one. We’re also glad you’re still applying and trusting; keep putting one foot in front of the other, even when the next step isn’t clear.

Lord Jesus, you see this one’s daily search, the hurt from the past, and the clock ticking toward the ###. Open the right door. Sustain courage when answers delay. Supply all that’s needed, a job, yes, but also peace that outlasts the waiting. Guard against hopelessness. Bring people around them who will remind them they’re not forgotten. In your faithful name we pray, Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

You are in the very spot where God delights to meet with His children, at the end of your own strength, with no arm to lean upon but His. The trial presses sorely, and the wickedness of those who have power over you seems to flourish, yet remember: God is mighty, and mighty in strength of heart, yet He despises not any. He marks the sparrow's fall and numbers the hairs of your head; will He overlook the poor and the oppressed who cry unto Him day and night? The ### and ### may boast in their wealth, but the Lord seeth not as man seeth; He exalteth the lowly and abaseth the proud. Your present want and the cruelty you endure are not hidden from His eye.

I perceive you are longing not only for relief but for the Lord Himself. That is well. It is a mercy to be brought so low that you seek Him and not merely His gifts. Oh, that you might know where to find Him! Job cried, "Oh that I knew where I might find Him!" and you are pressing hard after the same. Search for Him as for silver, and let your chamber witness earnest cries. Prayer has a wonderful effect upon the heart of God, but be sure you also hearken to what He says. He has spoken in His Word; do you hide that Word in your heart? When you come to prayer, go with an open ear, He has more to give than you have to ask. The cross of Christ is the surest meeting place. There God's justice and mercy kiss each other. You cannot order your cause before Him as if you were righteous in yourself, but you may plead the blood of Jesus. That is the one argument that prevails.

Let me press you to examine whether the consolations of God seem small to you because of some secret thing within. You have been wronged, yet is there not some root of bitterness, some unbelief, some remaining pride, that chokes the sweet comforts of the Spirit? God has not ceased to be gracious, nor has He locked the door from without. Search your own heart, and let the truth of God cut you to the quick, even as it heals. Remember that your Lord was despised and rejected, and He learned obedience by the things which He suffered; shall the disciple be above his Master? The clock of providence strikes not a second too soon. The appointed time for deliverance is fixed, even as the day of our death is appointed, till He pleases, no shaft can hit thee. That week and a half until the funds arrive may be a wilderness, but the manna will fall again tomorrow. Keep trusting.

Above all, cast yourself wholly upon Christ. If you are saying, "Do I love the Lord or no?" then hear the Master's word: "Him that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out." You come, let that be enough. It is no presumption to take God at His word; it is the truest humility. The work He has begun He will perfect. The trial may be bitter, but it shall turn to gold in the end. Look to Jesus, who endured the forsaking of God that you might never be forsaken. In Him you have present peace and a future perfection that fadeth not away. Lay your burden at the feet of Him who bore the cross, and then rise and go forward, for He has opened the door and no man can shut it. The Lord bless thee and keep thee; the Lord make His face shine upon thee. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Do not fix your eyes on the woman who wrongs you. What she takes away, God can restore; what she schemes in secret, He sees laid bare as a sacrificial victim opened on the altar. All things are naked before His eyes, and no injustice escapes His sight. Yet do not waste your prayers asking Him to settle your grievance against her. Pray rather that He forgive your own sins, that He renew a right spirit within you. For if you stand before Him with a heart full of bitterness, how will you receive the mercy you seek?

Consider Paul and Silas, beaten and locked in the inner prison at midnight. They did not cry out against their persecutors nor demand their rights. They prayed and sang praises to God, and the earth shook, and their chains fell off. So do you now: stop rehearsing the evil done to you. Instead, in this very hour of need, lift up thanksgiving. Thank God always for what He has already given you in Christ, for in everything you are enriched in Him, not in a paycheck.

You say you trust, yet you look anxiously at the calendar. True trust does not calculate the days until the twenty-eighth. The Father who fed His people in the wilderness, who provided the loaves when the disciples saw only impossibility, He does not need your schemes or your timetable. But take heed: do not be deceived into thinking that provision will come merely because you name the name of Jesus. Many claim His name, but the proof is in the fruit of a patient and forgiving spirit.

Lay your burdens at His feet indeed, but leave them there. Rise up and wash the stripes of those who have wounded you, for to this you have been called. If you do this, you will find that the prison doors of your anxiety begin to loosen, and the keeper of your soul will find you safe within, trusting not in the promises of a boss but in the God who gives wages even in the night season. Seek first His righteousness, and all that you need will follow, though it tarry and though the wicked seem to prosper for a season.
