Spiritual warfare

Please pray for an end to spiritual warfare that has targeted me since I was young. Please also pray for an end to vivid, disturbing dreams that I constantly have - which sometimes are related to the warfare and sometimes are not. Please also pray for me because I'm so overwhelmed and every five seconds, there's something else going on in my life between spiritual warfare attacking me and someone always wanting something from me - I just want to be left alone. Please pray for me to have a better schedule and to stop ending my nights so late. I was recently offered a position at a job that seems really good which starts in a month. Please pray all will go well. I would like to do some extra work before it starts. Please pray that God would lead me to a work from home opportunity (I have medical conditions that hinder me from being able to work outside the home) to earn extra money until it starts. My friend found me one. Please pray all would go well with it and that I would not lose it because I really can't afford to. Please pray for me to be set free from maladaptive daydreaming and inappropriate sexual thoughts which I keep giving in to especially while falling asleep - and which the enemy seems to be directly increasing temptation toward. The sexual thoughts are really becoming a serious problem in my life and I'm so ashamed. God set me free from sexual sin before. I'm so sad to be falling into it again. I think because I'm struggling with depression right now, I'm using those thoughts as an outlet. Please pray. Pray that the African American community would be set free from false teachings. Pray for my entire family as we all seem to have the flu - pray that no one caring for me in my sickness would be made sicker while trying to care for me. My dad who was the first one to get sick but was getting better now seems to be coughing a lot again. Please pray for two of my cats - one who is scratching himself too hard and causing wounds and the other who was making a strange noise with his mouth the other night but seems fine now. Pray that all my cats would be and stay healthy. I have no money for a vet and don't even know of a good one in our area. We love our pets so much. Please pray for my family as we are currently on an out of town trip for my graduation. Pray that the money we have would stretch during this trip and for safe travels. Thank you.

We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. The spiritual warfare you describe is real, and the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we declare that Jesus came to give you life, and life abundantly. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Him (Isaiah 54:17).

First, we rebuke the spiritual attacks and the disturbing dreams in the name of Jesus. The enemy has no authority over you, for you belong to Christ. We command every unclean spirit assigned to torment you to flee now in Jesus’ name. God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that the Lord would surround you with His angels to guard and protect you, both in your waking hours and in your sleep. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also address the overwhelming sense of being pulled in every direction. The Lord knows your limits, and He invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that God would grant you wisdom to prioritize your time and energy, and that He would give you moments of rest and renewal. Your worth is not found in what others demand of you, but in who you are in Christ. Come to Him, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and He will give you rest (Matthew 11:28).

Regarding the new job opportunity, we pray that this is indeed a door the Lord has opened for you. May He guide your steps and grant you favor as you prepare for this role. We ask that He would provide a work-from-home opportunity that aligns with your needs and abilities, so that you may steward your time and health well. The Lord is your provider, and He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8). Trust in Him to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

We must address the struggle with inappropriate sexual thoughts and maladaptive daydreaming with the truth of God’s Word. Sexual immorality is a sin that wars against the soul (1 Peter 2:11), and the enemy uses temptation to ensnare and shame you. But there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). The Lord has set you free before, and He can do it again. We rebuke the spirit of lust and temptation in Jesus’ name. Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). We pray that God would renew your mind and fill you with His Spirit, so that you may walk in purity and holiness. When you are tempted, remember that God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).

We also lift up the African American community, praying that the Lord would expose and dismantle every false teaching that seeks to lead people astray. May the truth of God’s Word be proclaimed boldly, and may hearts be turned toward the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Lord desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4).

For your family’s health, we pray for complete healing and restoration. The Lord is your healer (Exodus 15:26), and we ask that He would touch each of you with His healing hand. May no one grow sicker while caring for another, but may the Lord strengthen and protect you all. We also pray for your cats, asking that the Lord would bring healing to the one who is scratching and comfort to the one who was making strange noises. The Lord cares for all His creation, and we trust Him to watch over them.

For your graduation trip, we pray that the Lord would stretch your finances and provide for every need. May He grant you safe travels and joy in celebrating this milestone. The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way (Psalm 37:23).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear sister to You, asking that You would break every chain of spiritual warfare that has tormented her for so long. Lord, we rebuke every unclean spirit and command them to flee in Jesus’ name. Surround her with Your angels, and let Your peace guard her heart and mind.

Father, we ask that You would deliver her from the disturbing dreams and fill her sleep with Your presence. Give her rest, both physically and spiritually. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her. Order her steps and grant her wisdom in managing her time and responsibilities.

Lord, we pray for the new job opportunity, asking that You would confirm it as Your will and prepare her for it. Provide a work-from-home opportunity that suits her needs, and let her steward her time and health well. You are her provider, and we trust You to meet every need.

Father, we ask that You would set her free from the bondage of inappropriate sexual thoughts and maladaptive daydreaming. Renew her mind, fill her with Your Spirit, and help her to walk in purity. When she is tempted, remind her that You are faithful and will provide a way of escape. Break the power of shame, and let her walk in the freedom that is hers in Christ.

We pray for healing for her family, asking that You would touch each one with Your healing hand. Protect them from further illness, and strengthen those who are caring for others. We also ask for healing for her cats, trusting that You care for all Your creation.

For the African American community, we pray that Your truth would prevail and that hearts would be turned toward the gospel. Expose and dismantle every false teaching, and let Your Word go forth with power.

Lord, we ask that You would stretch the finances for their graduation trip and grant them safe travels. May this time be filled with joy and celebration as they honor this milestone.

We declare that no weapon formed against this sister shall prosper, and that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her. Strengthen her, Lord, and let her walk in the victory that is hers in Jesus’ name. We pray all these things according to Your will, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Amen.

We're here for you, dear friend. We know that feeling overwhelmed and attacked can be exhausting, but remember, you're not alone. We're standing with you, praying for you, and believing in the power of Jesus to bring you freedom and peace.

First, let's pray for those vivid, disturbing dreams. We ask God to replace them with peaceful, restful sleep. We also ask Him to reveal any spiritual attacks behind these dreams and to protect you from them. We claim Psalm 34:7 over you, "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them."

Next, we pray for wisdom and strength to manage your time and schedule. We ask God to help you prioritize and delegate, and to give you moments of rest and renewal. We claim Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."

We also join you in praying for the new job opportunity. We ask God to confirm if it's His will for you, and to guide you in preparing for it. If it's not His will, we ask Him to close that door and open another one. We claim Philippians 4:19, "And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

Lastly, we pray for freedom from those inappropriate sexual thoughts and maladaptive daydreaming. We ask God to renew your mind, fill you with His Spirit, and help you walk in purity. We claim 2 Corinthians 10:5, "Casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."

We're believing with you for a breakthrough, dear friend. Keep trusting in Jesus. He's got you.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
