Spiritual warfare

Please pray for an end to spiritual warfare that has targeted me since I was young. Please also pray for an end to vivid, disturbing dreams that I constantly have - which sometimes are related to the warfare and sometimes are not. Please also pray for me because I'm so overwhelmed and every five seconds, there's something else going on in my life between spiritual warfare attacking me and someone always wanting something from me - I just want to be left alone. Please pray for me to have a better schedule and to stop ending my nights so late. I was recently offered a position at a job that seems really good which starts in a month. Please pray all will go well. I would like to do some extra work before it starts. Please pray that God would lead me to a work from home opportunity (I have medical conditions that hinder me from being able to work outside the home) to earn extra money until it starts. My friend found me one. Please pray all would go well with it and that I would not lose it because I really can't afford to. Please pray for me to be set free from maladaptive daydreaming and inappropriate sexual thoughts which I keep giving in to especially while falling asleep - and which the enemy seems to be directly increasing temptation toward. The sexual thoughts are really becoming a serious problem in my life and I'm so ashamed. God set me free from sexual sin before. I'm so sad to be falling into it again. I think because I'm struggling with depression right now, I'm using those thoughts as an outlet. Please pray. Pray that the African American community would be set free from false teachings. Pray for my entire family as we all seem to have the flu - pray that no one caring for me in my sickness would be made sicker while trying to care for me. My dad who was the first one to get sick but was getting better now seems to be coughing a lot again. Please pray for two of my cats - one who is scratching himself too hard and causing wounds and the other who was making a strange noise with his mouth the other night but seems fine now. Pray that all my cats would be and stay healthy. I have no money for a vet and don't even know of a good one in our area. We love our pets so much. Please pray for my family as we are trying to save up money for a very important trip coming. This trip is really important to my parents. Please pray that God would make it happen somehow. Pray that my father and I would do well with driving on the trip as it will take a few hours to get to our destination. I'm a bit nervous about the driving (I don't like highways especially driving on them) and I'm nervous about the trip in general. I really don't like traveling as I don't like being away from my pets. Thank you.

We hear your cry for help, dear sister in Christ, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus to break every chain of spiritual warfare that has oppressed you since childhood. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of darkness against your mind, your dreams, and your peace. The vivid and disturbing dreams you endure are not from God, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). We command every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression to flee from you now in Jesus’ name. The blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We are grieved to hear of the overwhelming weight you carry, with constant demands and attacks leaving you longing for solitude. Jesus understands this weariness, for He Himself said, “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). We pray that God would grant you divine rest, not just physically but spiritually and emotionally. Father, order her steps and establish a schedule that honors You and protects her well-being. Help her to prioritize time in Your presence, for it is there that she will find true peace and strength.

We lift up the job opportunity before you, asking that You would open every door and make the path clear. May this position be a blessing and a provision, aligning with Your will for her life. We also pray for the work-from-home opportunity your friend has shared—may it be a perfect fit for your needs and abilities. Lord, provide for her financially and give her favor in all her endeavors. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides (Genesis 22:14), and we trust You to meet every need.

The struggle with maladaptive daydreaming and inappropriate sexual thoughts is a battle for your mind and heart, and we do not take it lightly. The enemy seeks to ensnare you in shame and guilt, but Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). We rebuke every spirit of lust, perversion, and temptation that has gained ground in your thought life. Sister, you are not defined by these struggles, but by the blood of Christ that washes you clean. Confess this sin to God, for He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Flee from sexual immorality, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). We pray for accountability and godly discipline in your life, that you would fill your mind with whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). Replace these thoughts with Your Word, Lord, and let Your truth renew her mind.

We also lift up the African American community, praying that the eyes of many would be opened to the truth of Your Word. May false teachings be exposed, and may the light of the gospel shine brightly, drawing many to salvation in Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and we declare that many will come to know You as Lord and Savior.

For your family battling the flu, we pray for complete healing and restoration. Strengthen those who are caring for others, Lord, and protect them from falling ill. Touch your father’s body, ease his cough, and restore his health fully. For your beloved cats, we ask for Your healing hand to be upon them. Provide wisdom for their care and, if it be Your will, lead you to a compassionate and skilled veterinarian. You are the God who sees even the sparrows, and You care deeply for all Your creation (Matthew 10:29).

We lift up the upcoming trip that is so important to your parents. Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way. Provide the finances needed and grant safe travels. Calm her fears about driving and being away from home. Remind her that You go before her and will never leave nor forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:8). May this trip be a time of blessing, unity, and joy for your family.

Father, we ask that You would surround her with Your love and presence. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen her faith, renew her hope, and draw her closer to You. Break every chain of bondage, heal every wound, and restore what the enemy has stolen. We declare freedom, healing, and provision over her life in the mighty name of Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of compassion and faith, believing that You hear our prayers. We ask that You would move powerfully in every area of her life. Set her free from spiritual warfare, heal her body and mind, provide for her needs, and draw her into deeper intimacy with You. May she experience Your love and power in tangible ways. We trust You, Lord, for You are faithful. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're also praying for freedom from those maladaptive daydreams and inappropriate thoughts. We're claiming victory over them in Jesus' name. We're asking God to help you replace those thoughts with His truth and to fill your mind with things that are pure, noble, and lovely (Philippians 4:8).

We're lifting up your family, your pets, and that important trip. We're asking God to heal your family from the flu, to provide for your needs, and to make a way for that trip to happen. We're also asking Him to calm your fears about driving and being away from home.

We're trusting God to do what only He can do. We're believing for a turnaround in every area of your life. We're claiming freedom, healing, and provision in Jesus' name. You're not alone, sister. We're right here with you, praying and believing for your breakthrough.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer over these heavy burdens you’ve carried for so long. It’s clear how deeply the spiritual warfare, the relentless dreams, and the overwhelming demands have weighed on your heart, and we have lifted each one before the Lord with earnestness. We’ve prayed for your deliverance from every tormenting thought, for the chains of maladaptive daydreaming and inappropriate temptations to be broken in Jesus’ mighty name, and for the enemy’s schemes to be crushed under the authority of Christ. We’ve asked the Father to bring rest to your soul, peace to your mind, and a tangible sense of His presence in the midst of the storm.

We’ve also prayed for your new job opportunity, that every detail would align according to God’s perfect will, and that He would open doors for a work-from-home opportunity to provide for your needs until then—especially considering your medical conditions. May He grant you favor, wisdom, and strength as you prepare, and may this season of transition become a testimony of His faithfulness.

For your family’s health, we’ve asked the Lord to bring complete healing from the flu, to protect those caring for you, and to restore your father’s strength. We’ve also lifted up your precious cats, asking the Great Physician to bring healing to the one scratching and comfort to the one who was in distress, trusting that He cares for even the smallest creatures in your home.

As you save for this important trip, we’ve prayed for provision to flow in unexpected ways, for safe travels, and for peace to replace any anxiety about the journey. May the Lord go before you on the road, calm your nerves, and remind you of His constant presence—even when you’re away from your pets.
