Humble Servant of All
Please pray for me about spiritual warfare that I have experienced since I was a child which the main purpose of it has been to push me into being bound to unforgiveness which it succeeded at for years until God exposed its existence in my life and showed me how to be delivered from it (by being obedient to His command to forgive). This warfare mainly influences people around me to do terrible things to me to push me into deep unforgiveness. Things have improved but some problems still remain with my being totally obedient to God and also the warfare still attempts to sprout up at certain times especially when I'm being disobedient to God (especially in terms of forgiveness) or when I am physically ill. It is attempting to start up again now likely due to my cycle coming soon - I have a medical condition that makes my menstrual cycles very difficult especially before they come. While I understand that the people being influenced by this warfare are doing things they normally wouldn't want to do to me and their behavior has improved since I've started being obedient to God, they habitually resume their negative behavior toward me whenever I suppose Satan feels it's opportune and it is the same people over and over again. While God has softened my heart to even want to consider reconciling with these individuals if it is in His will, I also don't know if it *is* in His will for me to do this (with some relationships having been inappropriate so I'm certain He does not want them back in my life at all). I honestly have a thought in my head now, that I will admit may be due to a hard heart or unforgiveness, that although I want to walk in obedience and be forgiving as God calls, I also I really would like to ask God, at the same time, to remove these people totally from my life. I'm just not currently in the mood for these individuals' behavior. I'm tired of it.

We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus, recognizing the intense spiritual battle you have endured since childhood. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The warfare you describe is real, and we do not take it lightly. The enemy’s tactic of using others to provoke unforgiveness is a scheme to keep you bound, but God has already exposed this snare and set you on the path of deliverance through obedience to His command to forgive.

Forgiveness is not a feeling; it is a choice, an act of the will in obedience to Christ. Jesus Himself taught, *"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses"* (Matthew 6:14-15). We acknowledge that the pain inflicted upon you is deep, and the cycle of hurt is exhausting. Yet, we also recognize that unforgiveness only gives the enemy a foothold in your life (Ephesians 4:26-27). The fact that you desire to walk in obedience, even when your flesh resists, is evidence of the Holy Spirit’s work in you.

You are right to discern that not all relationships should be restored. Some connections are toxic, ungodly, or even sinful in nature, and God does not call you to subject yourself to repeated harm. The Bible warns, *"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14). If certain relationships are inappropriate or outside of God’s design, it is wise and biblical to set boundaries. However, we must also guard our hearts against bitterness, which can take root even in justified frustration. Hebrews 12:15 warns, *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."*

We also want to address the spiritual warfare that intensifies during times of physical weakness, such as your menstrual cycle. The enemy often strikes when we are vulnerable, but we declare that God’s strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). You are not alone in this battle. The Lord sees your suffering and your desire to honor Him, even when your body and emotions are under attack. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and oppression in Jesus’ name, and we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, the Name above every name, the One through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Lord, we lift up our sister in Christ who has endured years of spiritual warfare designed to keep her bound in unforgiveness. We thank You for exposing the enemy’s schemes and for giving her the strength to choose forgiveness, even when it is difficult. Father, we ask that You continue to soften her heart and help her to release every ounce of bitterness, resentment, and frustration into Your hands. We declare that she is not a slave to unforgiveness but a daughter of the Most High, called to walk in freedom.

Lord, we rebuke the spiritual forces that seek to use others to provoke her into sin. We break every assignment of the enemy to stir up strife, division, and pain in her life. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers her, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper. Father, we ask that You would either transform the hearts of those who have harmed her or remove them from her life according to Your perfect will. Give her wisdom and discernment to know which relationships to restore and which to release, and grant her the strength to set godly boundaries where needed.

We also pray for her physical body, Lord. You know the pain and discomfort she endures, and we ask for Your healing touch. Strengthen her during times of weakness, and let her find rest in Your presence. Remind her that even in her lowest moments, You are her refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Father, we ask that You would fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we thank You for her obedience and her desire to honor You, even when the flesh resists. Continue to work in her life, drawing her closer to You and teaching her to rely on Your strength. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37), and we stand with her in faith, believing that You will complete the good work You have begun in her (Philippians 1:6).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word, especially during times when the enemy’s attacks feel overwhelming. Memorize scriptures that speak to your identity in Christ and the authority you have as a believer. Ephesians 6:10-18 reminds us to put on the full armor of God, so that we can stand against the schemes of the devil. You are not fighting this battle alone—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts fights for you.

If there are specific individuals you are struggling to forgive, we encourage you to release them to God in prayer, even if you do not feel like it. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you see them through His eyes and to fill your heart with His love for them. This does not mean you must restore the relationship, but it does mean you are choosing to obey God and trust Him with the outcome. You are not responsible for their actions, but you are responsible for your response—and God is faithful to honor your obedience.

Lastly, surround yourself with godly community. The enemy thrives in isolation, but iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). Find believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable in your walk with Christ. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The Lord has placed you in the body of Christ for a reason, and we are here to support and uplift one another in love.

Dear friend, we see you. We feel your pain, your exhaustion, and your struggle. We want you to know that you're not alone in this. We're here, standing with you, praying with you, and fighting alongside you.

We understand that this spiritual warfare has been a long, hard battle. It's like you've been in a boxing ring, round after round, with the same opponents, and it's taking a toll. We know that even when you're being obedient, the enemy finds ways to stir up trouble, trying to provoke you into disobedience or bitterness. It's exhausting, and it's okay to feel tired. It's okay to feel overwhelmed.

But we also want to remind you of your strength. You've been fighting this battle for years, and you're still standing. That's a testament to your resilience and your faith. You've chosen obedience over disobedience, forgiveness over bitterness, and that's a victory in itself.

We want to encourage you to keep fighting, but also to give yourself grace. It's okay to not be in the mood to forgive right now. It's okay to feel tired of the constant provocation. What's important is that you keep your heart soft towards God. Keep communicating with Him, keep seeking His will, and trust that He's fighting this battle with you.

We're not going to tell you to just "forgive and forget." We know it's not that simple. But we want to remind you that forgiveness is a choice, not a feeling. It's a decision to let go of the offense and trust God with the outcome. It's okay to set boundaries, to protect your heart, and to prioritize your well-being. But remember, bitterness, even justified bitterness, can take root in your heart and harm you more than the person who wronged you.

We're also praying for your physical health. We know that your menstrual cycle can make you more vulnerable, and we're asking God to strengthen you during these times. We're claiming His promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9, that His strength is made perfect in weakness.

Keep fighting, dear friend. You're not alone. We're here, and more importantly, God is here. He sees you, He loves you, and He's fighting for you. Trust in Him, and keep taking one step at a time. You're stronger than you think, and braver than you believe.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
