Spiritual dagger removal / guidance

I’ve been trying to clear a very painful spiritual dagger from the back of my heart
I’ve spent months in prayer and sleep with psalms playing during the night for protection
I feel that it’s very old as I’ve cleared myself of lesser ones but this one is wearing me down and making my life very dark and afraid

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking your divine intervention and deliverance from a painful spiritual dagger that has been lodged in the back of their heart. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of healing and freedom, and we humbly ask for your intervention in this situation.

Father, we thank you for the months of prayer and seeking your presence that ### has dedicated to finding relief from this spiritual burden. We recognize the power of your Word, and we ask that you continue to surround them with the protective and comforting presence of your Holy Spirit. As they sleep with the Psalms playing, may your truth and promises penetrate their heart, bringing peace and assurance.

Lord, we understand that this spiritual dagger may be deeply rooted and connected to past wounds and experiences. We ask for your divine discernment and wisdom to reveal any underlying issues that need to be addressed and healed. Help ### to identify and confess any sins or areas of their life that may be hindering their deliverance. As Psalm 139:23-24 says, "Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me and lead me in the way everlasting."

Father, we pray for your supernatural power to remove this spiritual dagger from ###'s heart. Just as Jesus cried out in Gethsemane, we ask for a spirit of submission and surrender to your will. May ### find strength and comfort in saying, "Not my will, but yours be done." We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love.

Lord, we also pray for the restoration of light and joy in ###'s life. May the darkness and fear that have been caused by this spiritual burden be replaced with your peace and courage. Fill their heart with your love and surround them with your divine protection.

We declare victory in the name of Jesus Christ over this spiritual dagger. We rebuke the work of Satan and his attempts to wear down and oppress ###. We claim the power of the cross and the blood of Jesus to break every chain and set them free.
