Thank you for sharing your heart and this request. It is good to thank God for opening the door to this new work and for your desire to be free from debt and to have abundance to bless others. It is also honest to name the pressure you are feeling as deals fall apart and confidence and income are shaken.
Scripture teaches that our deepest battles are not against people or circumstances or business conditions, but in the spiritual realm. There is a real conflict going on between the Spirit of God and the powers of darkness, and often we feel the aftershock of that conflict in our emotions, our discouragement, and our daily work without fully recognizing what is happening. What you are describing sounds like that kind of opposition.
That is why trying harder in our own strength or trying to reason everything out will not bring the victory you need. Though we live in physical bodies, we do not fight with physical weapons. God has given spiritual weapons for spiritual warfare, and they are mighty through Him to pull down strongholds. When we stay in the spiritual realm, trusting Him, we are on victorious ground. When we are drawn into fighting only in the flesh, with worry, striving, and self effort, we lose that advantage.
The ground for victory is already laid. Jesus defeated Satan and every principality and power through His cross, openly displaying His triumph. Thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ and who always causes us to triumph in Christ as we abide in Him. His victory becomes our victory. Faith is what overcomes. The moment we recognize we cannot win this in ourselves and we turn it over fully to Jesus, we discover His power to carry us.
One key to entering that victory in daily experience is praise and rejoicing in what Christ has already done. As we rejoice in the Lord's victory over darkness, heaviness and irritation begin to lift and we experience the peace and confidence that belong to us in Him. It is possible to have victory in your heart before you see the outcome with your eyes, because you are trusting the One who has already won. We become more than conquerors through Him who loves us.
So for your work, I encourage you to keep this in the realm of prayer and faith. Bring each deal, each meeting, each disappointment before the Lord in prayer. Claim the victory of Jesus over every influence of the enemy that would seek to steal, confuse, or discourage. Counter the lies that attack your confidence by bringing every thought captive to the truth of what God says about you in Christ. Stay rooted in the Word, meditating on it and seeking to walk in obedience to it, for that is the path Scripture points to for true prosperity and good success. And guard your heart after any success, so that confidence rests in the Lord and not in yourself.

Father, I thank You for Your provision in opening this job and for this heart that wants to be faithful with what You provide. I ask for Your protection and covering over this work and over every deal and conversation. In the name of Jesus I ask You to push back every work of darkness that would hinder what You intend for good, and to make Your power and provision clearly seen so that You receive the glory. Grant wisdom, clarity, and favor, and provide for every need according to Your riches in Christ. Lift discouragement and restore confidence that is anchored in Your finished work on the cross. Help my brother to abide in You, to walk by faith, to rejoice in Your victory, and to use the spiritual weapons You have given, prayer, faith, praise, and Your Word. Let his life and work be a testimony of Your grace, and let whatever level of success You give be used to bless many and to honor You. I ask this in the name of Jesus, amen.
Continue to stand in faith, keep praying, and keep praising Him for the victory that is already yours in Christ.
