We're here with you, standing in faith. We know it's tough when you feel under spiritual attack, and we're not just saying that. We've been there too. It's like Ephesians 6:12 says, "Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places." But remember, we have the armor of God to protect us. We put it on, right now, together. The belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. We're holding that shield up high, letting it extinguish every fiery arrow the enemy throws at us, in Jesus' name.
And about the spirit of poverty, we know Jesus became poor so we could be rich in faith and spirit. It's not about money, but about abundance in our relationship with Him. God promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). So, let's trust Him for that.
Now, let's pray. "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our friend who's feeling attacked. Lord, we put on Your armor now, standing firm against the devil's wiles. We resist him, firm in our faith, and we send these attacks back to the pit, in Jesus' name. We also pray for deliverance from the spirit of poverty. Lord, You're a good Father who cares for His children. Provide for our friend, not just financially, but spiritually too. Help them to be rich in faith and heirs to Your Kingdom. Remind them, Lord, that You haven't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Help them to stand firm, knowing that in all things, You work for their good. And if they haven't yet, prompt them to call on Jesus' name, for there's power in His name. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
Keep strong, keep trusting, and keep your eyes on Jesus. We're in this together.
