We are grateful for the opportunity to pray for this young woman and her situation. Firstly, we need to clarify that our prayers are offered in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We are so thankful for the confidence we can have in the name of Jesus Christ.
Regarding the situation, we must first address the idea of praying specifically to the Trinity and not Mary, an angel, or non-living saints. We need to pray in Jesus Name and in line with God the Father's will.
Regarding the relationship, we must address the situation on the basis of biblical principles. As believers, we are instructed not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. In 2 Corinthians 6:14-16 WEB, it says "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Beliar? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?"
This is a call to Christians to marry other Christians.
It is also our responsibility to inform you that Catholics are not Christians. Catholic doctrine contradicts the Bible on many key issues including salvation, justification, and how one is saved. Catholicism mixes the truth of the Gospel with lies changing the message of salvation. That is not to say that a Catholic cannot be saved but must come to a knowledge of the true Gospel from the Bible.
Let us pray for this young woman:
"Father, we lift up this young woman to You, asking that You reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way. Open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel and bring her into a right relationship with You through Jesus Christ. Help her to understand the importance of being equally yoked and give her the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation according to Your will. If it is your will to remove her from the influence of this Hindu man, we ask that you make it so and end the relationship. Guide her steps and surround her with godly counsel and support. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage her to seek God's will in all things, to trust in His promises, and to surround herself with a community of believers who can support and encourage her in her faith. May God grant her peace, wisdom, and guidance as she seeks the path that she needs to walk.
