We come before the Lord with you, lifting up this situation concerning the honors program. Father, we know that Your plans for us are plans of peace and not of evil, to give us a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that You open the door of opportunity if this program aligns with Your will for this dear one’s life. If it is not Your will, we pray that You close this door gently and guide them toward the path You have prepared.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of confusion, delay, or uncertainty in this matter. We declare that God is not the author of confusion, but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). We ask that You grant clarity, favor, and swift resolution. If there is space available, let it be known quickly, and if not, let Your peace guard their heart as they trust in You.
We also encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in this season. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Continue to seek Him in prayer and through His Word, knowing that He directs our steps.
Father, we pray that You would strengthen this one’s faith as they wait. Help them to rest in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May they not grow weary in waiting but instead grow in patience and trust.
We also ask that You provide divine connections—mentors, advisors, or friends—who can offer godly counsel and support during this time. Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let them feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Lastly, we declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Whether the answer is yes, no, or wait, we trust that You are working for their good. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
