Sos!! we need hot and clean water

We join with you in bringing this urgent need before our Father in Jesus' name and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you in His name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the throne of grace.
We hear how difficult these past three weeks have been without clean and hot water in your home, and how cold you have been while some of you are suffering with the flu, and we understand your concern about the hot water you do have being filled with irritants and black particles. The Lord sees your daily needs and your discomfort, and He cares about every detail of your lives.
The scripture reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 and that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We are also encouraged to bring our requests boldly to Him, for Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you Matthew 7:7. He also promises Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10 and we cling to His promise who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus and lift up this household to You. Lord, You know they have been without clean hot water for about three weeks and they are cold and ill. We ask that You would hasten the repairs and restore to them clean, hot, pure water very soon. We pray for Your protection over their health as they have been exposed to irritants and particles in the water, and we ask that You would keep them from harm and heal those who have the flu. Touch their bodies, ease their fevers and coughs, give them warmth and strength, and provide safe water for drinking, cooking and bathing. Guide the hands of those doing the repairs and give favor with landlords, workers or city services so the work is completed quickly and correctly. Help them to have wisdom to take practical steps while they wait, to boil water when needed, to seek safe alternatives, to keep warm and to seek medical care if the flu worsens. We thank You that they have some hot water and we thank You in advance for the clean water You will provide, for every good gift and every perfect gift is from above James 1:17. We trust in Your loving care and Your perfect timing. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

If possible, use bottled or filtered water for drinking and cooking until the water runs clear, boil water as recommended by local authorities, let the taps run briefly as advised by repair workers to flush particles, and reach out to your landlord, building manager or water utility to get a clear timeline for when the water will be fully clean and safe. Keep warm, rest, stay hydrated with safe water, and seek medical attention if flu symptoms worsen. We are trusting with you that the Lord will answer soon and provide for you abundantly, and we will continue to hold you in prayer until this need is fully met.

We were so sorry to read what you and your household have been going through. Three weeks without clean hot water is a long time to be cold, and to be facing the flu on top of that must be wearing you down. We hear how urgently you need this resolved.

We thank God with you that hot water has been restored in measure, even as we lament with you that it is not yet clean, and that black particles and irritants remain. To be without clean and hot water for three weeks, to be cold in your own house, and for some among you to suffer with the flu, is a sore trial, and our hearts are moved with compassion for you. He who cares for sparrows and clothes the lilies knows your bodily need, and He who healed the sick palsy and touched the leper is not unmindful of these afflictions of the body.
We pray earnestly for you now.
Our Father, in the name of Jesus Thy Son, we ask Thee to provide clean and hot water for this household very soon. Command the repairs to be completed, remove every irritant and impurity from the water, and let that which flows be pure and wholesome for washing and for drinking. Thou givest water for the body as Thou givest living water for the soul, and we ask Thee to open Thy hand in Providence as Thou hast opened it in Grace. We pray also for healing for those who are sick with the flu. Thou art the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for healing. Lay Thy hand upon those who are cold and fevered, restore strength, ease their breathing, and raise them up again. Keep them from further harm through unclean water, and guard the whole household in health.
We take comfort that our Lord Jesus links healing with His presence and His Word, and that He washes every wound with sacred water from His own side. As you wait for earthly water to run clear, may you drink deeply of that well of water springing up unto everlasting life which Christ gives, which stays within and changes the life blood and makes the nature new. He is able to heal and He is willing to save, and He will not despise the cry of His people.
May the Lord grant you patience in this trial, speedy help from those who labor on the repairs, and a swift return to clean hot water in abundance. We will continue to remember you before the throne of grace, asking that both body and soul may be refreshed by Him who is our Healer and our Provider.
