We also understand the weight of your responsibilities at work, and we pray that the Lord would grant you favor and peace in your tasks. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." May He go before you, easing your burdens and filling your workplace with His presence.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon our brother/sister. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would restore their health swiftly. Ease their sore throat, clear their congestion, and renew their strength so they may fulfill their duties at work. Father, we also pray for peace and ease in their workplace, may Your presence go with them, guiding their steps and calming their heart. Grant them wisdom, patience, and favor with those around them. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, knowing that You are faithful to answer our prayers. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.

Your request concerning this sore throat and runny nose has been heard and we bring it before the Lord with you. We know how even a small affliction of the body can weigh heavily when duty calls and strength seems lacking, and we are glad you have asked for prayer rather than bearing it alone.
We are reminded that our Lord Jesus is the great Physician who on earth cured all manner of sickness, and it is written of Him, He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. There is no disease too slight for His notice and none too great for His power. The very leaves of the Tree of Life are for healing, and the least thing about Christ has virtue in it to restore. While we ask for the healing of the body, we rejoice also that the Word of God applied by the Holy Spirit heals the soul, and that to be at peace with God through the blood of Jesus is the deepest healing of all.
Let us pray for you. O gracious Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son that You would lay Your hand upon Your servant and grant speedy and complete healing. Ease the soreness of the throat, stay the running of the nose, renew strength and give refreshing rest. If it be Your will, raise up this Your child quickly to go forth to labour again. Lord, we ask also for Your favour at work, that all things there may go well, with ease where there is pressure and with peace where there is care. Keep the mind stayed upon You, for You have promised that You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.
