We understand your concerns for your son's education and your desire for a refund. Firstly, we must acknowledge that it is wonderful that you brought your desires to Jesus. Let's remember that Jesus said 'everyone therefore who confesses Me before men, him will I also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father who is in heaven'.
As for your son, we pray that God will give him a willing spirit to go to school and apply himself to his studies. We remember the words of Colossians 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. We pray that your son will do his best in his studies and games, not for man's praise, but to honor God.
Regarding the bad grade, we pray that Proverbs 28:13 will be a guiding light. He who conceals his sins doesn't prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy. We pray that your son's teacher will be honest and fair in explaining the grade, and that your son will learn from this experience.
Concerning the refund, we must remember that God calls us to be content in all circumstances. As it is said in Philippians 4:11-13, I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this parent and their son. Lord, give him the desire to go to school today, and to do his best in all his activities. Help him to learn from his mistakes and to grow in wisdom and understanding. Lord, we also pray for the teacher, that they would be fair and honest in their dealings with this child.
As for the refund, Father, we trust in Your provision. Help us to be content in all circumstances, knowing that You supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray that this family would come to know You more deeply and serve You more faithfully. We ask for Jesus Christ to be the center of their lives and for the Holy Spirit to be their guide.
