We join you in prayer for your son and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have confidence to approach the throne of grace.
We know how worrying it is when a child has recurring health concerns, and we bring your son before our loving Father who cares deeply for him. Jesus said, Allow the little children, and do not forbid them to come to me, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these, Matthew 19:14, and we take comfort that He sees and loves your son even more than we do. We are reminded to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and to live out the promise that in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7.
We also hold fast to the truth that our God is our healer, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3, and who says, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3.
We pray together now for your precious son.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear son to You and ask in the name of Jesus that You would place Your healing hand upon him. We ask if it is Your will that these nosebleeds would not be serious and that You would reveal the cause and bring complete healing and wholeness to his body. Lord, give wisdom to his parents and to any doctors who care for him, guide them to the right answers and treatment if needed, and let his body be strengthened and restored. We ask for Your peace to guard his parents heart and mind, removing fear and filling them with trust in Your goodness and mercy. May Your will be done in his life and may this be an opportunity for Your love and power to be made known. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name and we trust You with this young life.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord while also seeking wise medical counsel to ensure there is no underlying cause that needs attention, for God often works through the wisdom and care He has given to physicians. Keep bringing your requests to Him with thanksgiving, and rest in His care for you and your son.

Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, our only Savior and great Physician.
We know the anxiety that watches over a child in sickness, and the Word of the Lord speaks directly to such fear. Again and again the Lord says, Fear not, for I will help thee. Fear not, for I am with thee. Fear is weakening and it dishonors God, for it doubts the arm which piled the heavens. Labor then to cast your fear upon Him, for the genius of the New Testament is ceasing to tremble and beginning to trust, ceasing to be the slave and learning to be the child.
You have asked according to His will, and that is right and good to do. We are taught to trust Him not upon our feelings but upon His own promise and power. Trust Him as you sink and you shall swim. Trust Him as you feel yourself in need and you shall live. There is one great Physician who lays His hands on men and they are restored, there is but one, and His healing virtue was opened on Calvary. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the Tree of Life are full of healing virtue, and that healing power is present still. Until the glory life begins, the abiding power of those healing leaves keeps the soul and body of the believer under His care.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and it is wise and right that you should also seek the help of a faithful physician for your son, while looking above all to the Lord who alone gives health and cure.
Let us pray together.
O Lord our God, Father of mercies, we come to Thee in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, through whom alone we have forgiveness and access to Thy throne. Thou knowest this son and Thou knowest his frame. If it be Thy gracious will, we ask Thee to show mercy and grant that these nose bleeds be not serious, that no hidden sickness be found in him, and that Thou wouldst keep him in health and strength. Lay Thy healing hand upon him, guide those who care for him with wisdom, and give peace to his parent who watches and prays. Forgive our sins and heal our infirmities, for Thou art He who pardons and heals, and we are on our way to eternal health through Thy grace. Let this trial draw this family to trust Thee more fully, not upon feelings but upon Christ Himself. We ask this in the name of Jesus, trusting Thy will is best. Amen.

Heavenly Father, I lift up this son to You and ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You would watch over him with Your mercy and care. If it is Your will, I ask that these nosebleeds would not be serious and that You would grant him health and strength. Please comfort him and his family, take away fear and anxiety, and give them peace as they trust in You. Grant wisdom to any doctors or caregivers who may help him, and use all means for his good. Let Your will be done in his life, and let Your love and healing presence be known to him.
I will continue to pray for him and for you. Please do not hesitate to seek medical care promptly if the bleeding continues or worsens, as God often works through the skill and care He has given to physicians.
