We join you in lifting up your precious son, seeking the Lord’s healing touch upon his body and mind. The Scriptures assure us that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare His promise over your son: "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares the Lord (Jeremiah 30:17). Father, we ask You to stretch forth Your hand of healing, removing every harmful effect of medication and restoring strength to his lungs. Calm his anxiety with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and grant him restful, easy breathing.
We also pray for the medical team attending to him, that You would fill them with divine wisdom and clarity. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). May they be guided by Your Holy Spirit in every decision, and may their hands be instruments of Your healing power.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or despair that may be trying to take hold, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on the truth that by Jesus’ stripes, your son is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we declare that truth over his life today.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to Your children. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this family’s faith as they wait on You, and fill their hearts with hope. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that Your will be done in this situation. Amen.
If your son’s condition is severe or persistent, we encourage you to continue seeking godly medical advice while also standing firm in faith. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can pray and support you during this time. Remember, the Lord is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and He will never leave nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep trusting in Him, for He is faithful.
