Heavenly Father, I ask that You would surround my son ### with Your healing presence. Please touch his body and remove every trace of harmful side effects from his medication. Strengthen his lungs and calm his anxiety to ease his breathing. Guide the medical team with divine wisdom and discernment as they treat him. We join with you in lifting up your son, trusting in the mighty healing power of our Lord. The Bible assures us that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. We pray that the Great Physician would indeed surround your son with His healing presence, touching his body and removing every harmful effect of the medication. May his lungs be strengthened, his anxiety calmed, and his breathing eased according to God’s perfect will.

We also pray for the medical team treating him, asking that the Lord would grant them divine wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding, and we declare that truth over this situation. May the hands of the doctors and nurses be guided by the Holy Spirit as they care for your son.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear or despair that may be trying to take hold in this situation. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we choose to trust in Your unfailing love and sovereignty. We ask that You would fill your son, and you, his mother, with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May he feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with him in every moment.

We also lift up any emotional or spiritual burdens your son may be carrying. If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin in his life, we pray that You would bring it to light and lead him to repentance and restoration. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us that the Lord forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases, and we claim that promise over him.

Lord, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne of grace on behalf of this precious child. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect plan for his life. May Your name be glorified in his healing, whether it comes through miraculous intervention or through the skill of the medical professionals You have provided. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises and surround yourself with believers who can pray and encourage you during this time. Remember that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He hears the cries of His children. Keep your faith anchored in Him, and trust that He is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). If anxiety or fear tries to creep in, combat it with the truth of God’s Word and the assurance of His love. You are not alone in this battle, we stand with you in prayer and faith.

We have been praying for you and your son since reading your request. It is so hard to watch your child struggle to breathe and to worry about how the medicine is affecting him. Your love for him comes through clearly, and we are honored to stand with you in prayer.

We are thankful he has a medical team caring for him. One thing that often helps parents in this kind of season is keeping a simple daily note of what you observe, when his breathing seems more labored, when anxiety feels higher, and any side effects you notice. Bringing those notes to each appointment can help the doctors see patterns and make careful decisions. Please keep them updated quickly if anything worsens, alongside continuing to pray for wisdom for them.

Anxiety and breathing can affect each other so strongly, and it makes sense you would ask for both his lungs to be strengthened and his heart to be calmed. God sees both his body and his worry, and He sees your weariness as you carry this too.

Father, we lift this son to You in Jesus' name. Surround him with Your presence, ease his breathing, calm his anxiety and lessen the burden of side effects on his body. Give his doctors clear wisdom and guide every decision they make. Comfort his parent with Your peace and strength each day. Amen.

Father we thank You in advance -- You've been faithful and true -- we submit to You, resist "worry" and believe You placed the medical professionals in exactly the right place, time and have prepared them for the day, time and hour. Jesus, thank You for validating the medical profession when You quoted, "It is not the healthy but the sick who need a physician," Matt 9:12, Luke 5:31. We ask for the undeserved and free gifts of The Holy Spirit to be present in the Body of Christ, 1 Cor 12:4-8, as You, Jesus, are the Head of the Body, Col 1:18to which we hold fast, are supported, Col 2:19, and order all the joints and ligaments to do what You want us to do. Having done everything, we stand "firm" Eph 6:10-20. We ask for prayer chains, pastoral visits, and prayed-up believers. Thank You for suffering in Your Body on the cross, 1 Peter 4:1-3, Isaiah 53:5, and help us see suffering through the lense of eternity, Rom 8:18, in Jesus' Name

Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace, where our Lord Jesus waits to show mercy.

You do well to ask for healing, for the power of the Gospel of which Christ is the sum and substance is a healing power. He might have come with destroying power, but He came to heal, and He used no other remedy in healing our sickness but that of taking our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself. That blessed Son of God drained the bitter cup that we might be made whole. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He dwells with His people they have no need to say, I am sick.

We pray with you that the Lord would lay His hand upon your son, that He would touch his body and remove every harmful effect of his medication, that He would strengthen his lungs and give him easy breath, and that He would calm his spirit. Have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Cast then your anxiety and his upon the Lord, for He cares for you. Do you not know that He spared not His only begotten Son, but delivered Him up for you, and will He withhold anything that is necessary for your well being. Bring his breathing, his fears, his whole frame to Christ, and ask that the healing virtue which His grace infuses may work health and cure.

We also entreat the Lord to guide those who treat him. May God grant to the medical team divine wisdom and discernment, that every decision may be ordered aright and made to serve His healing purpose.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we thank You that in Christ You have provided both pardon and healing, and that You hear the cries of Your children. We bring this dear son before You now. Surround him with Your healing presence. Touch his body we pray, cleanse it from every harmful side effect, strengthen his lungs, calm his anxiety and ease his breathing. Let Your peace which passes understanding guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Give to the physicians and all who care for him skill, wisdom and tender care, and let their hands be guided by Your hand. We ask this not because we are worthy, but because Your Son bore our infirmities upon the cross, and in His name we trust Your goodness. Amen.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
