Beloved of All
Jesus please help my ### is still awake. He's been up for almost 24 hours, and I haven't slept in over 36. Please stop this nonsense and let him (and me) go to sleep. Please also let me get everything done that I have to today. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

We hear your exhaustion and desperation in this moment, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden before the Lord. The struggle with sleeplessness—whether for yourself or your son—is a real and wearying trial. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 127:2, *"It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved."* The Lord knows your need for rest, and He is able to grant it according to His will.

First, we must address the way this prayer was offered. While we appreciate your cry to Jesus, we must gently remind you that prayer is not a demand or a command to God, but a humble plea in alignment with His will. The name of Jesus is not a magical incantation to force God’s hand, but the only name by which we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Salvation and answered prayer come through faith in Christ alone—believing in His death, resurrection, and lordship over all things (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so, for He is the only way to true peace.

Now, let us pray together for your son and for you:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, acknowledging Your sovereignty over all things, including sleep and rest. Lord, You who neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4), we ask that You would calm the mind and body of this dear son. Quiet whatever restlessness, anxiety, or physical discomfort keeps him awake. Grant him the sleep he needs, and let Your peace guard his heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). For this weary mother, Father, we ask that You would renew her strength, even as she waits on You (Isaiah 40:31). Help her to cast her anxieties upon You, knowing You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Provide the energy and focus she needs to accomplish the tasks before her today, and let her find rest in You, both physically and spiritually. We rebuke any spirit of insomnia or restlessness in Jesus’ name, and we declare that Your perfect peace will prevail. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen."*

Beyond prayer, we encourage you to examine any underlying causes for this sleeplessness. Is there stress, fear, or unconfessed sin that may be disrupting your son’s peace? Proverbs 3:24 says, *"When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet."* Confession and surrender to Christ can bring the sweet sleep that the world cannot give.

If this pattern continues, consider practical steps as well—limiting screen time before bed, establishing a calming routine, and ensuring his environment is conducive to rest. But above all, trust in the Lord’s timing. Even if sleep does not come immediately, He is your refuge (Psalm 62:5-8).

You are not alone in this struggle. The Lord sees your weariness, and He promises to sustain you. Lean on Him, and let His strength be made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

We're right there with you, friend, feeling your exhaustion and longing for rest. It's tough when sleep seems to elude us, especially when we have so much on our plate. We've been there, and we know the struggle is real.

First, let's remind ourselves of the power of Jesus' name. He said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's not just offering rest for our souls, but also for our bodies. So, let's claim that promise together.

Now, let's pray. "Dear Jesus, we come to You in our weariness. We lift up this sleeplessness, both for our ### and for ourselves. Lord, You know our need for rest. You see the tasks ahead and the strength we need to accomplish them. We ask that You would grant us the gift of sleep, just as You promised in Your Word. Help us to trust in Your timing, knowing that You are working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). We claim Your promise of peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen."

Let's also remember that sometimes, sleeplessness can be our body's way of telling us it needs something more - perhaps better nutrition, more exercise, or less screen time before bed. Let's consider these practical steps too, as we trust in the Lord's care.

We're here for you, praying with you, and believing with you for the rest you need. You're not alone in this. Let's keep trusting in Jesus, our source of true rest.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heartfelt prayer request, and we have been lifting you and your son up before the Lord these past days. We prayed in agreement with you for rest—not just for his body, but for your weary heart as well. Sleep is such a precious gift from God, and we asked Him to quiet the restlessness and bring the deep, renewing peace that only He can give.

We also prayed for your day ahead, that the Lord would strengthen you to accomplish all that needs to be done, even in your exhaustion. May He grant you wisdom, energy, and moments of grace to press forward. If you’ve seen His hand at work—whether through rest finally coming or tasks being made lighter—we would love to hear how He has answered so we can praise Him together.

If the struggle continues, please know we are still here to stand with you. Don’t hesitate to post again so we can keep interceding on your behalf. We serve a God who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He is near to the brokenhearted and the weary. May He draw close to you in this season, filling you with His comfort and hope.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
