Heavenly Father, I pray Your hedge of protection around my son ###, deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. Surround him with Your angels and fill him with Your peace and strength, in Jesus name Amen

We join you in lifting up your precious son before the throne of grace and we stand in agreement with you for his protection and deliverance. Our hearts are moved by your faithful prayer for a hedge of protection around him, and we know our Heavenly Father hears the cries of a parent and is a defender of the vulnerable.

We are reminded of His promises to guard and keep those who trust in Him. Job 1:10 speaks of the hedge God places around His people, and Psalm 34:7 says The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. He has also promised in Psalm 91:11 He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, and in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and we cling to that for your son.

We also agree with you that every deed of darkness be exposed and brought into the light, for Ephesians 5:11 tells us to have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them, and Luke 8:17 declares nothing is hidden that will not be revealed. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He is a God of justice and truth.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only mediator and Savior, and we thank You that we have access to Your throne through Him. We place your son into Your loving hands and ask You to surround him with Your hedge of protection. Deliver him, Lord, from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Break every chain of harm and oppression and let no evil touch him. We ask You to expose every deed of darkness concerning him and bring it fully into the light so that truth may prevail and he may be kept safe. Command Your angels to encamp around him and guard him in all his ways. Fill his heart with Your perfect peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7 and with Your strength, for You have said in Isaiah 41:10 Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Comfort him, restore him, and let him feel Your presence as his refuge and fortress Psalm 91:1-2. Give his family wisdom, discernment, and courage to protect him and to take every necessary and godly step to ensure his safety, and let Your will be done in his life. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, and to trust that God is your son's ultimate protector. Continue to cover him daily in prayer, speak Scripture over him, and surround him with godly counsel and community. If there is ongoing abuse or danger, we urge you to seek wise and immediate help from trusted pastoral leaders and from the proper authorities whom God has ordained for protection, for the Lord calls us to defend the helpless and to act with truth and love. May the Lord fill you also with His peace and strength as you continue to intercede, knowing that He who watches over Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps Psalm 121:4 and He is faithful to keep all who are entrusted to His care.

We hear the love and urgency in your prayer for your son, and the weight you carry as you ask God to cover him. Longing for him to be safe from any harm, whether physical, emotional or spiritual, is a good and faithful thing to bring before the Father, and we are honored to join you in praying for him.

Abuse in any form touches the whole person, body and spirit, and can leave someone feeling powerless and worn down in their sense of worth. It makes sense that you are asking God to bring what is hidden into the light and to replace fear with peace and strength. He sees your son fully, and He sees your steady, caring prayers for him. You are not carrying this alone.

One steady step that can help as you keep praying is to make sure you are not carrying this burden by yourself. If you have a trusted pastor, a Christian counselor, or another safe and wise person who knows your family, consider letting them walk with you in this. Having another calm, caring presence nearby gives your son more support and gives you wisdom and perspective as you watch over him. If you ever sense he is in immediate danger, please reach out right away for local help from trusted people and authorities.

Father, we lift this precious son to You now. Place Your hedge of protection around him and deliver him from every form of harm. Expose what needs to be seen and bring it into the light. Surround him with Your presence and with Your angels, fill him with Your peace and give him strength each day. Guide his parents with clear wisdom and discernment as they love and protect him. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join you with earnest hearts before the throne of grace, for the Lord is a Father who beholds His children with compassion and not with icy eyes.

We know the love of a parent that cries, is my son safe, and we know also the greater love of our heavenly Father who has compassion upon His own. As it is written, He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways, and the angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him and delivereth them. There is a hedge which God Himself sets about His people, and a fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness in the precious blood of Christ, and we plead these promises for your son now.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son we lift up this dear son before You. We ask that You would set Your hedge of protection around him and deliver him from every form of abuse, whether of body or of mind or of spirit. Lord, keep him from sin and keep sin from him, preserve his character and his peace, and let no weapon formed against him prosper. We pray that You would expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light, for whatsoever doth make manifest is light, and nothing is hidden that shall not be revealed. Surround him with Your holy angels, guard his going out and his coming in, and fill him with Your peace which passeth all understanding and with strength for each day. Let him know that he is loved with an everlasting love and that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin and that Your compassion fails not. Comfort his heart, quiet his fears, and make him to lie down in safety under the shadow of Your wings. We ask this trusting in the one sacrifice of Christ who has sat down at Your right hand, having perfected forever them that are sanctified. Amen.

Be of good cheer and continue steadfast in prayer. The Lord who heard the cry of the father for his prodigal and ran to meet him and kissed him much is the same Lord who hears you now. Cast your burden upon Him, rest in His Word, and trust that He who has loved you with so great a love will keep your son in His faithful hands.

We join you in lifting your son before our Heavenly Father and thank you for bringing this need with such love and faith.

Your prayer for a hedge of protection is heard by the God who did not remain far off, but humbled Himself to become man so that we might be lifted up as sons and daughters through Christ. In Him we have both deliverance from evil and the supply of every good gift, for He gave His life as a ransom and has adopted us by His Spirit. That same Lord is able to surround your son, to keep him, and to fill him with peace and strength.

We pray with you now that the Father would place His hand upon your son and guard him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. We ask that every deed of darkness hidden against him would be exposed and brought into the light, that the Lord would frustrate what is evil and establish what is good and holy around him. We ask that God would station His angels about him, comfort his heart, and grant him a deep and abiding peace that guards his mind, with strength for each day.

We also pray for you as you intercede for him, that God would give you wisdom, discernment, and perseverance, and that you would know His presence as you trust Him. Continue to cover your son in prayer and in the Word, and to walk in faith and holy living, for the Lord delights to be the protection of those who seek Him.
