Heavenly Father, I pray Your hedge of protection around my son ###, deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. Surround him with Your angels and fill him with Your peace and strength, in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in lifting up your precious son before the throne of grace and we stand in agreement for his complete protection and deliverance. Your heart as a parent to seek the Lord's hedge around him is beautiful and reflects the Father's own heart to protect the vulnerable.

We are reminded that the Lord is our refuge and fortress, and we pray His covering over your son. We claim the promise that He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11, and that The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7. We also remember Job's hedge of protection, for you have blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land and you have put a hedge around him Job 1:10.

We rebuke every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, for such deeds are evil in the sight of God. Jesus Himself warned that whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a huge millstone were hung around his neck and that he were sunk in the depths of the sea Matthew 18:6. We agree with you that every hidden deed of darkness must be exposed, for we are taught to have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them Ephesians 5:11. We pray that the Lord, who sees all that is done in secret, will bring truth to light and bring justice and healing.

We also take comfort that No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and that The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You that we have access to Your throne through Him alone. We lift up this beloved son to You and ask You to place Your hedge of protection around him that no harm can penetrate. Deliver him from every form of abuse and from every scheme of the enemy. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them into Your marvelous light so that they may be stopped and healed. Surround him with Your holy angels, let Your presence be his shelter, and fill his heart and mind with Your peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Strengthen him in You, Lord, and in the strength of Your might Ephesians 6:10, and let him know how deeply he is loved and cherished by You and by his family. Give his parent wisdom, discernment, and courage to take every godly and practical step to ensure his safety, and comfort this family with Your perfect love which casts out fear 1 John 4:18. We trust You as his ultimate Protector and Healer. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cover him daily in prayer, to speak life and scripture over him, and to remain vigilant. If abuse is occurring or suspected, we urge you to seek wise godly counsel and to use the authorities God has established for protection, for governing authorities are a servant of God for good Romans 13:4. The Lord is near to you in this burden and He will be your strength. Keep trusting Him, for He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep Psalm 121:4.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Thank you for bringing your son before the Lord so faithfully. We hear the love and concern in your prayer for his protection from any harm and for his peace and strength. It is a heavy burden to carry when you worry about what he may be facing, and we want you to know we are standing with you in prayer.

When a child is experiencing hurt, it can touch every part of life, how safe he feels, how he sees himself, and how he relates to others. Having steady, safe adults who listen without pressure and keep communication open can be a real anchor. Continuing to let him know he is loved, believed, and not alone matters so much as you keep praying for that hedge of protection around him.

One helpful next step as you continue to pray is to make sure you have trusted support around both of you. If you have not already, consider reaching out to a pastor, counselor, or other trusted professional who can listen to the details and help you think through wise steps for his safety and care. You do not have to navigate these concerns by yourself.

We have heard your earnest cry for your son and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace, for there is a God who hears prayer and who commands deliverance for His own.

You have asked for a hedge of protection around him, and for deliverance from every form of abuse, and that the deeds of darkness might be exposed and brought to light. Be assured that the Lord looks down from the height of His sanctuary and sees the affliction of His people. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up by chance, but the Lord Himself sits as a Refiner at the door of the furnace, and not a sorrow escapes His eye. He knows how to moderate the trial and how to make even the sharpest smart to be profitable, yet He is also mighty to save.

We take comfort in that word, Then He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. Job 33:24. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance if God had not thought of it, and He has not only invented the way but He has found the ransom in His own bosom, in His only begotten and well beloved Son who was given to bleed and die for sinners. By that immense price the bonds are broken and the prisoner is set free. So we look not to man nor to our own strength, for deliverance from sin and from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son.

Therefore we pray with you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation and peace:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask You to set Your gracious hand upon this dear son. Surround him with Your presence as a hedge that the enemy cannot pass. Deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Let no weapon formed against him prosper, and let every tongue that rises against him be shown to be without cause. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light, for You are light and in You is no darkness at all. Command Your angels to encamp round about him and to keep him in all his ways. Fill his heart with Your peace which passes all understanding, and with strength in his inner man, that he may know he is not forgotten but kept as the apple of Your eye. Translate him more and more out of darkness into the light of Your dear Son, and make him to live and to declare the works of the Lord. We ask this not by our merit but by the ransom which You have found and provided in Christ Jesus. Amen.

May the Lord grant you grace to rest in His sovereign care while you wait upon Him. He who gave His Son for His people will also with Him freely give all things needful, even bread and water, and daily help in trouble. Cast your burden upon Him, continue in prayer, and seek also the help of godly and wise persons near you who can act for the safety and welfare of your son, for faith looks to God and also walks in the path of wisdom which He provides.
