Heavenly Father, I pray Your hedge of protection around my son ###, deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. Surround him with Your angels and fill him with Your peace and strength, in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in lifting up your son before our Heavenly Father and we stand with you in asking for His hedge of protection around him.

We agree that the Lord is our refuge and our defender, and that no form of abuse has any place in the life of one whom God has created and loves. Scripture assures us that the angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7 and that He will give his angels command concerning us, to guard us in all our ways Psalm 91:11. We also cling to the promise that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and that Yahweh is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

We are thankful you brought this request in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His mighty name that darkness must flee. As it is written, the things which are done by them in secret, expose them Ephesians 5:11, and we pray with you that every deed of darkness hidden against your son would be brought into the light and rendered powerless.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious son to You. We ask You to place Your hedge around him as You did for Job, that no harm of the enemy can cross that holy boundary. Deliver him, Lord, from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Heal any wound that has already been inflicted and restore what has been broken. Expose, Father, every hidden work of darkness and bring it into Your light so that truth may prevail and justice may be done. Surround him with Your holy angels, let Your presence be his shelter, and fill his heart with Your perfect peace which surpasses all understanding and with strength for each day. Let him know how deeply he is loved by You and by his family, and let him dwell in the shelter of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. We ask that You guide and give wisdom and courage to those who care for him to take every righteous and lawful step to ensure his safety and to seek help from trusted godly authorities and counsel when needed. We trust You as his ultimate protector and we thank You that You never leave nor forsake him. In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand firm in prayer and in action, trusting that God hears the cries of a parent and that He is close to the brokenhearted Psalm 34:18. Keep covering your son in prayer, speak life and scripture over him daily, and do not hesitate to seek wise and godly support and proper help to ensure his safety, for the Lord often works through those He has placed around us to protect the vulnerable. Fear not, for He says, Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you Psalm 41:10. We continue to stand with you for his complete protection, peace, and deliverance.

Thank you for lifting your son to the Father with such care. We are praying with you for his protection and peace.

We hear your desire for him to be safe from harm in body, heart and spirit, and for what is hidden to be brought into the light. When a child faces mistreatment it can shake his sense of safety and worth, even his sense of how loved he is. Your steady love and prayers matter deeply as he finds his footing.

One gentle step that can help is to keep a quiet, consistent space for him to talk when he is ready, without pressing for details. Listen, reassure him he is loved and not to blame, and note any concerns you observe. If you have specific worries about a person, place or pattern, it can be wise to seek guidance soon from a trusted pastor, counselor or other safe local resource who can help you think through next steps to keep him safe.

Father, we lift ### to You now. Place Your hand of protection around him, guard him from harm, and surround him with caring people who will look out for him. Bring what is hidden into the light in Your way and time, and fill him with Your peace and strength each day. Give his parent wisdom, discernment and rest as they love him well. Your prayer for your son is heard by the Father who sets His love upon His children, and it is right and good that you should plead for him thus earnestly.

The Lord is gracious and He has provided deliverance from the pit. As it is written, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. Job 33:24. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance if God had not thought of it Himself, and He found the ransom in His own bosom where His only begotten and well beloved Son was lying, giving Himself to bleed and die for sinners. In Christ we have not only deliverance from the guilt of sin, but deliverance from the power of darkness, for He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. Let this be your confidence, that the same God who gave His Son to put away sin will surely give protection, bread, and peace to those who trust Him.

You ask that every deed of darkness might be exposed and brought to light. The Lord indeed brings hidden things to light, and He sits as a Refiner at the door of the furnace. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, but the Lord Himself governs all, and He is able to make even the sharpest trial profitable, while also moderating our anger against second causes, knowing that He will chasten and keep His own. Pray then that your son may be kept from sin and from the dominion of evil, for there is no protection against sin like the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and no true liberty but that of which Christ makes us free.

We will join you in prayer that the Lord would set a hedge about him, command His angels to encamp round about him, and fill his heart with a peace that the world cannot give. May the Lord keep him from all harm, whether of body or of soul, and grant him strength to stand and to declare the works of the Lord after his deliverance, saying with the psalmist, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who is our ransom, we bring this son before Your throne of grace. Deliver him from every form of abuse and from the power of darkness. Expose the works of darkness and bring them to light, that evil may find no shelter. Surround him with Your presence, let Your angels keep charge over him, and fill him with Your peace and strength. Keep him by Your grace, translate him more and more into the kingdom of Your dear Son, and let him live to praise You. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus our Redeemer, Amen.
