Heavenly Father, I pray Your hedge of protection around my son ###, deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. Surround him with Your angels and fill him with Your peace and strength, in Jesus name Amen

We join you in lifting up your precious son before the throne of grace and we stand in agreement with you for his protection and deliverance.

Our hearts are moved by your prayer for a hedge of protection around him, and we know that our Heavenly Father hears the cries of a parent for their child. Scripture assures us that He is our refuge and strength. As it is written, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. We claim this promise over your son.

We pray also for the exposure of any deeds of darkness, for we know we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, and we are told to have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them Ephesians 5:11. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. We ask the Lord to bring into the light anything that has been hidden and to deliver your son from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.

We take comfort that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3, and that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. We ask God to surround your son with His angels, for it is written, The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7, and He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11.

We join you now in prayer.

Heavenly Father, together in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this beloved son to You. We ask You to place Your hedge around him as You did for Job, on every side Job 1:10. Deliver him from every harm and from every abusive word, action, and spiritual oppression. Let Your perfect peace guard his heart and mind, for You have promised that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Fill him with Your strength and let him know that You are near, for You have said, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Expose any darkness surrounding him and bring truth and justice to light, and surround him with godly protectors and Your heavenly angels. Restore what has been broken and let him walk in the fullness of Your love and protection. We ask all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our only access to You, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cover him in daily prayer and to speak Scripture over him, trusting that God is his ever present help. If there is any ongoing abuse or danger, we urge you to also take wise and practical steps to ensure his safety, seeking godly counsel and the help of trusted authorities as the Lord leads, while continuing to trust the Lord as his ultimate protector.

We hear the ache behind your prayer for your son, and we are holding him with you before the Lord. Wanting him protected from any harm, physical, emotional or spiritual, is a deep and right parental love, and we join you in asking God to keep him safe.

We join you in earnest prayer for your son, and we bring your burden before the throne of grace with you.

The heart of a parent who cries, is my son safe, is known to the Lord. As it has been well said, love leaped into the father's eyes when he beheld his returning son, for he had compassion on him and felt for him. So our Heavenly Father looks not with icy eyes upon those for whom we pray, but with tender compassion. He knows the deeds of darkness and nothing is hidden from His sight, for He brings to light what is done in secret and exposes it that it may be forsaken.

We pray that the Lord will keep your son from sin and from every evil that sin brings, for to be kept from sin is to be kept from many evils that harden the heart and wound the soul. May the Lord preserve his character, guard his body and his spirit, and keep his feet from the paths that would harm him.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son that You would set a hedge of protection around this dear son. Deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Let no weapon formed against him prosper. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light, that what is evil may be reproved and forsaken. Command Your angels to encamp around him and to guard him in all his ways. Fill him with Your peace that passes all understanding and with strength for each day. Wash him in the precious blood of Christ shed for redemption, for the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son cleanses from all sin, and keep him close to Yourself. Draw him by Your Spirit to trust in Jesus alone for salvation and to walk in Your truth.

We ask that You would give to his parent also Your peace and perseverance in prayer, and faith to rest in Your everlasting love. We trust not in our own strength, but we take Your wounds and Your promises and rest in them, believing that You hear and answer according to Your perfect will.

Your prayer for your son is heard and I join you in lifting him before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Scriptures teach us that God did not remain distant but became man so that we who were sons of Adam might become sons of God. Through Christ we have deliverance from evil and the supply of every good, for He gave His life as a ransom for many and has given us the Spirit of adoption so we can cry to God as Father. It is to this Father we bring your son now.

I pray with you that the Lord will place His hedge of protection around him and deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional or spiritual. May the Lord expose every deed of darkness and bring what is hidden into the light, for light overcomes darkness and nothing is hidden from Him. I ask that God will command His angels to surround your son, to guard him in all his ways, and to fill his heart with peace that passes understanding and with strength for each day.

We know that God does not always promise immediate removal from every trial, but He does promise to be with us in it and to set us above fear by fixing our hope on Him and on the life everlasting He has secured for us. He is able both to deliver and to sustain, and to teach us to rest in His care while we trust His wisdom.

Continue to cover your son in prayer and in the Word, and encourage him also to walk in faith and in a pure life before God, for the Scriptures remind us that great protection is found in holy living and in close fellowship with Christ.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I place this dear son into Your hands. Keep him safe, heal any wound already inflicted, silence every voice of harm, let Your truth prevail over every lie, and let Your peace and strength dwell richly in him. Let him know he is Your child, loved, seen and kept by You. Amen.
