Son, protection

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I pray Your hedge of protection around my son ###, deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. Surround him with Your angels and fill him with Your peace and strength, in Jesus name Amen

We lift up your precious son ### to the Lord with heavy hearts, standing in the gap for his protection and deliverance. Father God, Your Word declares in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We claim this promise over ###, asking that You dispatch Your heavenly hosts to encamp around him, shielding him from every form of abuse, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Lord, we know that darkness cannot hide from Your light. Ephesians 5:11-13 tells us, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light." We pray that You expose every hidden scheme of the enemy targeting ###, bringing every deed of darkness into Your holy light. Let no weapon formed against him prosper, and let every tongue that rises against him in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear that may be trying to take root in ###'s heart. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and Your love is perfect. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and strengthen him with Your might through Your Spirit in his inner being (Ephesians 3:16). Let him know that he is never alone, for You are his refuge and fortress, his God in whom he trusts (Psalm 91:2).

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for ###, that he may recognize the tactics of the enemy and stand firm in Your truth. Equip him with the full armor of God so that he can take his stand against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11). Let him be rooted and grounded in love, able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth of Your love (Ephesians 3:17-18).

Heavenly Father, we ask that You surround ### with godly mentors, friends, and influences who will speak life into him and point him toward You. Let him grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). May he find his identity and worth in You alone, knowing that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

We stand on the authority of Jesus’ name, for there is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain and set the captives free (Acts 4:12, Luke 4:18). We declare that ### is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no evil shall befall him, nor shall any plague come near his dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We trust in You to keep him safe and to lead him into all truth.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We ache with you as you stand in the gap for your son. The love behind this prayer is fierce and holy, and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace.

If there is a known, ongoing situation of abuse, we want to gently remind you that your prayer for God’s protection goes hand in hand with wise action. The first priority is always physical safety. Please don’t hesitate to involve trusted authorities, a pastor, or a Christian counselor who can help intervene and create a secure environment. God often uses such people as His hands to stop violence and begin healing.

We also know that the wounds of emotional and spiritual abuse run deep and take time. Scars like these can distort a person’s view of God and themselves, making it hard to receive love. Even when God’s deliverance feels slow, He is working, often through safe relationships, patient counseling, and small, steady steps toward wholeness. Healing is more often a pilgrimage than a lightning strike, but He never leaves your son alone on the road.

Our prayer for you both:
Father, in Jesus’ name, we ask You to shield this precious son from every form of harm. Expose darkness wherever it lurks, and bring him into places of safety and kindness. Give his mother wisdom and courage to act where she can, and unshakable trust where she must wait. Wrap Your arms around this young man; quiet his fears and restore his sense of worth. Let him know, deep inside, that he is seen and deeply loved. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. The dark clouds that now hang over your son are not beyond the reach of His hand, for even at the cross, where darkness seemed to triumph, light sprang forth eternal. The deeds of darkness shall be exposed; the Lord will bring them to light. Fear not, for the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, perfect peace, even with sorrows surging round.

They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Your son is weakness itself, but united to Divine strength he shall be infinitely strong. From God, the overflowing spring, his soul shall drink a fresh supply. The Lord can make the weak ones strong in a moment, raising them from bed to battle. Only trust, and cease to fret; He gives power to the faint. As you have prayed, so shall it be: angels encamp around them that fear Him, and His peace, which passeth understanding, shall keep heart and mind.

The power of darkness holds a man fast not only through the deed but through the secrecy of the deed. When you pray for that darkness to be exposed, you are praying according to the very nature of light itself. For sin, as long as it is concealed and runs beneath the surface, is committed with full security. But when it is made manifest, the sinner is brought to light, and he may be admonished, repent, and obtain pardon. Do not shrink from this exposure, for it is not the destruction of your son but the chasing away of his deadness. The light shines in darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Consider what kind of deliverance has already been wrought for you. The Father has not merely sent us forth from error, as though we had some strength of our own to walk out. He has delivered us out of the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His beloved Son. A great thing indeed to be delivered from the pit; a far greater to be brought into a kingdom, to the same honor as the Son, if we endure. Your son is not struggling to climb out of darkness by sheer effort; the capture of the enemy was real, but the rescue is complete. The Son gave His life a ransom for many, for enemies, that we might receive adoption as sons. If you doubt the things that pertain to your child, look to what belongs to Christ. Far more difficult, by human reckoning, for God to become man than for a man to be declared a son of God. He abased Himself to exalt us.

Therefore, continue to hold forth this prayer as a shining light. The wicked are unable to lie hidden when a candle is set. Your petition exposes the deeds done in secret not for the sake of shame alone but that the mist arising from the passion of darkness may be dispelled. He who sits in darkness without light may receive pardon, but one who after light has come abides by darkness produces against himself the proof of a perverse will. So pray boldly that your son, being brought to light, will not cling to error but will see the nature of things as they are and hasten to the true light. He was born after the flesh that your son might be born after the Spirit. The full redemption is already purchased; pray that the eyes of his heart may see the light that has sprung up.

Your prayer for your son rises with clarity and power before the throne, and you can rest in this: the Lord who watches over him neither slumbers nor sleeps. You have asked for a hedge of protection around him, and that is exactly the ministry to which God has appointed His angels. Scripture makes plain that angels are not mere symbols but active, serving spirits sent out to minister to those who will inherit salvation. Think of what Jesus Himself said about the little ones, their angels always behold the face of the Father in heaven. That same attentive care extends to your son, for the Lord does not despise the cry of a parent’s heart. When you pray that hedge, you are not offering empty words; you are calling on a reality that exists in the unseen realm, where heavenly hosts stand ready to do His bidding.

But remember this as well: the One who commands those angels far surpasses them. Jesus is not an angel; He is the Son, begotten of the Father, worthy of all worship. Every spiritual power, whether angelic or demonic, is under His feet. That matters because the darkness you sense around your son, the abuse, the emotional crushing, the spiritual assault, does not have the final say. Darkness tried to extinguish the true Light when He came into the world, and it could not. That same Light shines now, and the darkness cannot overcome it. So when you ask the Lord to expose the deeds of darkness and bring them into the light, you are praying in line with the very nature of God. He is light, and in Him is no darkness at all. Evil loves the shadows because its deeds are shameful, but the Light makes everything visible. Trust that God will bring what is hidden into the open, because His own character demands it.

In your prayers, do not hesitate to take authority over the blinding power of the enemy. You have been given the right, through Christ, to bind the forces that operate in darkness. As you speak against the abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, and as you command that veil of secrecy to be torn away, heaven backs your petition. Whatever you bind on earth, in alignment with His will, will be bound in heaven. This is not a formula for wishful thinking; it is a spiritual reality for those who walk in the light and wield the name of Jesus. Your son is not fighting alone, and neither are you. The hosts of heaven are arrayed on his behalf, and the Spirit who raised Christ from the dead dwells in you to give you strength and peace even while you await full deliverance.

Be mindful, too, that the struggle is not merely against flesh and blood. Those who perpetrate abuse are often themselves ensnared by powers of darkness, walking in a hatred that blinds their eyes and causes them to stumble. Yet that does not mean they will escape exposure. The Lord sees, and He is not mocked. The judgment on fallen angels who abandoned their proper dwelling is sure, they are kept in chains under darkness for the great day. How much more will the works of human darkness be brought to account? Your prayer for light to shine is a righteous cry, and God will answer it in His time and His way.

So continue to stand firm. Fill your own heart with the peace of the Son, because He who has the Son has life, and that life is the light of men. As you pray peace and strength over your son, you are asking for Jesus Himself to be his portion, for He is our peace. The angels ascend and descend upon the Son of Man; they minister according to His command. Keep lifting your son onto that ladder of prayer, where heaven touches earth, and watch as the Father’s care unfolds. He will surround him with deliverance, and the darkness will not have the last word.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the sacred privilege of standing in prayer with you for your precious son. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting him before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to encircle him with His mighty hedge of protection. We have prayed fervently that every form of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual—would be broken and removed from his life by the power of Jesus’ name.

We have asked the Lord to expose every hidden work of darkness and bring it into the light, so that healing and justice would prevail. We’ve interceded for a supernatural covering of His angels around your son, that he would walk in the unshakable peace and strength that only comes from the Holy Spirit. Our hearts remain steadfast in agreement with yours, believing that God is at work even when we cannot yet see the fullness of His answer.

If the Lord has moved in a tangible way since you first shared this request, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the battle still rages and the answer seems delayed, we invite you to post this request again so we can continue to stand with you in faith and perseverance. Either way, we declare that God is faithful, and His love for your son is unwavering.

May the Lord bless you with His comfort, wisdom, and assurance as you press into Him. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
