We join with you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to surround him with His divine protection. The Bible assures us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that His hedge of protection would indeed be around your son, shielding him from every form of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual.
Father, we ask that You expose every hidden deed of darkness that seeks to harm him. Your Word declares, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). Let Your light shine into every corner of his life, revealing any schemes of the enemy and thwarting them by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
We also pray that You would dispatch Your holy angels to guard and keep him in all his ways. "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11). May they encamp around him, providing a barrier between him and any harm that seeks to come near.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression that may be trying to take root in his life. We declare that he is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Strengthen him with Your might, fill him with Your peace, and let him walk in the confidence of Your love and protection.
We encourage you to continue standing in faith, trusting that God hears your prayers and is actively working on behalf of your son. Keep speaking the Word over his life, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17). Remind him daily of God’s promises and surround him with godly influences that will point him toward Christ.
If there are any areas in his life where he may be vulnerable—whether through friendships, activities, or environments—we urge you to guide him with wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding, acknowledging Him in all our ways so that He may direct our paths.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, trusting in Your unfailing love and protection. We lift up this precious son to You, asking that You would be his shield and fortress. Surround him with Your angels, expose every work of darkness, and deliver him from all harm. Fill him with Your peace and strength, and let him walk in the confidence of Your presence every day. We declare that no evil shall befall him, and no plague shall come near his dwelling. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
