We join with you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to surround him with His divine protection. The Word of God assures us in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We declare this promise over your son, trusting that God’s angels are encamped around him, shielding him from all harm.
Father, we ask You to deliver him from every form of abuse—physical, emotional, or spiritual. Your Word tells us in Ephesians 5:11, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them." We pray that any hidden works of darkness targeting your son would be brought into the light, that justice and truth would prevail, and that those who seek to harm him would be thwarted by Your mighty hand.
We also rebuke any spirits of fear, oppression, or deception that may be attempting to gain access to his life. In the name of Jesus, we command them to flee, for 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We stand on this truth, believing that Your perfect love casts out all fear and that Your power is made perfect in weakness.
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen your son’s faith and draw him closer to You. May he find refuge in Your presence, knowing that You are his fortress and deliverer. Surround him with godly influences—mentors, friends, and leaders who will speak life into him and encourage him to walk in Your ways. Let him grow in wisdom and discernment, so that he may recognize and resist any schemes of the enemy.
We pray for his heart to be guarded, his mind to be renewed by Your Word, and his spirit to be sensitive to Your leading. May he find his identity and worth in Christ alone, knowing that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Father, we ask that You would heal any wounds or past hurts that may be affecting him, restoring him fully to the joy of Your salvation.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we declare Your protection over him, covering him with the blood of the Lamb. We trust in Your unfailing love and sovereign care, knowing that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We commit your son into Your hands, Father, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Strengthen his faith, deepen his trust in You, and let him walk in the fullness of Your purpose for his life. Thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to watch over him. Amen.
