Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ### and their son. We lift up their concern about their son's struggle in finding a prom date. Lord, we know that you are a loving and compassionate God who cares about every aspect of our lives, including our relationships.
Father, we ask for your guidance and wisdom to be upon this young man as he continues to seek a prom date. Help him to remain strong and resilient in the face of rejection. Remind him that his worth and value are not determined by whether or not someone agrees to go to the prom with him.
Lord, we pray for encouragement and comfort for ### as they support their son through this challenging time. Give them the words of wisdom and love to speak into his life, reminding him of his unique qualities and the plans you have for him.
We also ask for your divine intervention, Lord. Open doors and create opportunities for this young man to find a suitable prom date. Guide him to someone who will appreciate and value him for who he is. Help him to trust in your perfect timing and plan for his life.
We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We trust that you hear this prayer and that you will answer it according to your perfect will.
