One of my social media accounts has been wrongfully suspended likely due to the website's faulty AI. Please pray it will be reinstated. I use this account for evangelism. Apparently a lot of people are having the same issue. Please also pray as my cats may have just chewed on/eaten a lizard. Pray this will not harm them and pray they will not get in bad behavior. Our God of peace, you have taught us that in returning and rest we shall be saved, in quietness and in confidence shall be our strength: By the might of your Spirit answer this request according to your will, we pray of you, so we may be still and know that you are God; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Your request has been laid before the Lord with thankfulness for your desire to use even this modern means for the spreading of the gospel, and with care for the creatures entrusted to you.
We are reminded that Providence is like a wheel. There is in the wheel an axle which never moves, and so in all the turnings and seeming tangles of our lives there is the unmoving purpose and love of God. Providence cannot be directed by man, it can only be controlled by God, and it is full of eyes and not blind like fate. It is intricate and it is punctual, keeping time with itself, and not one small matter escapes its notice. Even a faulty instrument of man and the wandering of a little creature fall within that great wheel which God alone governs to polish and perfect His own.
We will pray that the Lord, who sees your labour of love in seeking to make Christ known, will overrule even this wrongful suspension. If it be His will, may those who steward these platforms see the error and restore what has been taken, and may the account be returned for further usefulness. If He permits the hindrance to remain for a season, may He show you another door for testimony, for He has often used a funeral knell, a faded flower or a chance meeting in a street to bring His banished home. We leave the result with God, for anxiety in such difficulties only unfits us to meet them, while trust quiets the heart when we hear Him say, It is I.
We will pray also for your cats, for the Lord who preserves man and beast has His eye upon the smallest of His creatures. We ask that no harm may come to them from what they may have eaten, that any poison or sickness may be kept from them, and that they may be kept in health and from mischief. May He who numbers the hairs of our heads keep these dependent creatures under His kind care.
May you be enabled to cast both of these burdens upon Him who cares for you, to do the right thing and then to be no longer anxious about it, but to rest in the promise that they who trust Him shall lack no good thing. May His will be done, and may your heart find peace in that axle which never moves, even while the wheels turn round about you.
