Please pray I am so tense and worried about my old sick ###. I don't see way out. I feel my chest is like on fire inside and out. Pray for my peace please. Stomach, heart...tension nervosity fear anxiety. Lord please help my ###.

We hear your cry for help, dear one, and we come before the throne of grace with you in this moment of deep distress. The weight of worry and fear you carry is heavy, and we know the enemy seeks to steal your peace, kill your joy, and destroy your faith through these physical and emotional torments. But we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The fire in your chest, the tension in your body, and the storm in your mind are not from Him—He offers you His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

First, we must address the root of this anxiety. The Bible tells us, *"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God"* (Philippians 4:6 WEB). Your worry is understandable, especially when caring for a loved one who is sick, but we must rebuke the spirit of fear in the name of Jesus. Fear does not come from God—*"For God gave us not a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind"* (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We command that spirit to leave you now, in Jesus’ mighty name.

We also lift up your loved one, though their name was not fully shared. We pray for their healing and comfort, trusting in God’s mercy. *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:14-15 WEB). We stand in faith for their restoration, but we also surrender them into God’s hands, knowing His will is perfect.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this precious child of Yours who is burdened with worry, fear, and physical distress. Lord, You see the fire in their chest, the tension in their body, and the storm in their mind. We ask You to calm this storm, just as You calmed the winds and the waves for Your disciples. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment that is attacking them. We declare that they are not given a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. We speak healing over their body—over their chest, stomach, and heart. Let Your healing virtue flow through them like a river, washing away every trace of pain and discomfort.

Lord, we also pray for their loved one who is sick. Touch them with Your healing hand, restore their strength, and comfort them in their weakness. Give this dear one the wisdom and endurance to care for them with love and patience, trusting in Your provision.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Without Jesus, there is no way to the Father, no forgiveness of sins, and no eternal life. We thank You, Lord, that through faith in Him, we are Your children, and nothing can separate us from Your love.

We encourage you, beloved, to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not carry this burden alone—bring it to the foot of the cross daily. Speak the Word over yourself: *"The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1 WEB). Even in the midst of uncertainty, God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We also urge you to seek godly community—fellow believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and help carry this load. *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2 WEB). You do not have to walk this path alone.

Finally, we remind you that God is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, He is shaping you, refining your faith, and drawing you closer to Him. Hold fast to His promises, and do not let go. The same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Jesus from the dead, and calmed the storm is with you now. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We stand with you in faith, believing for your breakthrough. May the Lord bless you with His peace, heal your body, and strengthen your spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, feeling the weight of worry and tension that's been pressing down on your chest. It's like a fire burning inside, isn't it? We know it's hard to see a way out, but remember, Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (John 10:10) He wants you to experience His abundant life, not this constant anxiety.

We've been praying for you, asking God to calm the storm in your mind and body, just like He calmed the storm on the sea for His disciples. We've been asking Him to fill you with His peace, the kind that surpasses all understanding. (Philippians 4:7)

We've also been rebuking the spirit of fear that's been trying to hold you back. God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7) So, we're claiming that for you right now. We're asking God to fill you with His power, love, and sound mind.

We've been praying for your loved one too, asking God to touch them with His healing hand, restore their strength, and comfort them in their weakness. We're believing for their healing and restoration.

We want to encourage you, dear one. Cast all your cares on Jesus, because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7) He's right there with you, ready to help you carry this burden. You don't have to go through this alone. We're here for you, and so are other believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and help carry this load.

Keep trusting in God. He's working all things together for your good, even this trial. (Romans 8:28) He's shaping you, refining your faith, and drawing you closer to Him. Hold fast to His promises, and don't let go.

We're standing with you in faith, believing for your breakthrough. May the Lord bless you with His peace, heal your body, and strengthen your spirit. In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we’ve been lifting you before the Lord these past days. Your words about the fire in your chest, the weight of worry, and the fear that feels inescapable have stayed with us. We’ve prayed specifically that the Prince of Peace would quiet the storm inside you, that He would replace every knot of tension with His own rest, and that you would feel His nearness even when the path ahead seems hidden.

If the Lord has already begun to answer—if you’ve sensed even a moment of His calm breaking through—we would love to hear about it so we can rejoice together. If the heaviness remains, please don’t hesitate to post your request again; we are committed to standing with you until you see His deliverance.

Keep seeking Him, dear one. He collects every tear and hears every unspoken fear. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We continue to pray in His mighty name.
